· Follow up the PO issued by Procurement and Logistics Manager when it is ready to be shipped by the vendor:
o Track down the packing list, commercial invoice and the bill of lading and additional documents required
o Check that the quantities and value match the PO
o Get from the vendor the original documents and send to the forwarder agent.
  o Ensure that the forwarding agent respect lead time of custom clearance and deliveries to CPI warehouse.
o Inform and provide packing list to customer service and warehouse supervisor before arrival of the goods.
·  Arrange domestictransfer (based on the DO received from the customer service) from CPI warehouse to transportation companies for goods to be delivered to CPI customers and ensure that deadlines are met for this process.
·  Manage potential export deliveries
·  Additional responsibilities may be added.


Key Requirements:

·  Import/Export certification is must
·  Excellent leadership and discipline
·  Show initiatives and good skills to negotiate with forwarders and reduce lead time.
