Junior and Senior Civil Engineer ( Remaining 10 Person )

Requirements:

• Recognized Degree in Civil Engineering from recognized university

• Senior Civil Engineer - At least > 5 years experience Plant,
offshore oil and gas, High risk building etc / ( or especially EPC
project exp)

• Junior Civil Engineer - At least 1 - 5 years experience Plant,
offshore oil and gas, High risk building etc / ( or especially EPC
project exp)

• ALL CANDIDATE ( JUNIOR / SENIOR ENGINEER ) MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH
STRUCTURE CALCULATION USED Software SAP 2000 or ETAP others

• Able in design of Concrete and steel structures for design or
Modification Design

• Review Design engineering drawing dan Modification Drawing

• Good Calculation and Modification Design
• Coordinate all execution at site as per engineering drawing
• Strong Mentality on remote area

• Willing To be placed at Balikpapan.

*Requirements :*

- Min. High School Graduated. Appropriate apprenticeship training
program is preferably and extensive electrical system maintenance
experience.
- Five years of electrical installation, repair and maintenance
experience includes two years of supervisor experience.
- Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide
the required knowledge, skills and abilities :
- Responsible experience as a lead worker, team leader, or crew leader.
- Experience in the direct supervision of Electricians.
- Thorough knowledge of the standard practices, tools and terminology of
the electrical trade;
- Thorough knowledge of electrical theory thorough knowledge of the
safety hazards of the environment.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel as well as form &
foster collaborative relationships within the business and externally
- Ability to prepare reports and implement quality control measures
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of the tools, equipment and materials common to the
electrical trade.
- Knowledge of applicable electrical codes, standards and regulations.
- Knowledge of electrical applications for high and low voltage
electrical systems.
- Skill in the installation, repair and maintenance of all types of
electrical system equipment and components.
- Skill in estimating time and material requirements of assigned work
projects.

Job Description:

·
1 Provides advice and guidance to user on procurement matters that
relevant processes (i.e. Requests for Proposal (RFP), Requests for
Quotations (RFQ), bid evaluation criteria other competitive
procurement tools to ensure user needs are met, the company obtains
best value, and to ensure procurement processes are perceived by
suppliers as fair, open and ethical;
2 Analyses procurement requirements and selects the most appropriate
methods based on interpretation and assessment of established
policies, practices, and experience;
3 Plans, organizes and leads the bid solicitation process including
drafting and issuing RFQ, RFP, developing bid evaluation criteria and
guiding user on processes involved;
4 Chairs bid evaluation committees, ensures the integrity of the
competitive process, facilitates bidder debriefings, and exercises
appropriate judgement and tact while ensuring to protect confidential
information;
5 Analyses, negotiates and prepares contractual agreements, ensuring
appropriate terms and conditions are included to protect the interests
of the company;
6 Monitors and reviews progress of contractual agreements, reviews and
approves invoices for payment, resolves any problems that arise,
performs post contract evaluations, creates and maintains procurement
records.
7 Provides advice and guidance to user on shipping methods and
services, risks, and costs for domestic and international shipments,
analyses logistical requirements and decides on appropriate methods
and services to use, based on standard practice, and plans, executes
and monitors shipments;
8 Provides required written authorizations, and prepares/issues
instructions and import/export documentation to suppliers, freight
forwarders, and/or carriers, to ensure timely and safe arrival of
goods, and compliance with domestic and international shipping
regulations, Customs regulations etc., and takes necessary action to
resolve problems/disputes;
