• Well familiar with the provisions of the codes, standards and recommended practices in oil and gas industry such as ISA, API, ANSI, AGA, NFPA, IEC, etc
• Having Telecommunication System acknowledgement is preferable.

include but not limited to: internal squad check system to ensure
quality of deliverable prior to submission to Company, work completion

• Work closely with Company during execution of Off-site Engineering
Services, which shall include but not limited to: facilitating work
proposal review process to achieve mutual agreement in timely manner,
resolving related problems in timely manner, execution of regular
lessons learned session to document best practices & improvement

• Ensure all systems, processes and procedures for execution of
Off-site Engineering Services are consistently and well implemented to

during performance of Off-site Engineering Services, including

Qualifications

services with 3D modeling basis.
• Minimum 3 years of which (with S1 degree) or 5 years of which (with
D3 degree), working for project engineering with 3D modeling basis for

• The candidate shall have broad knowledge of electrical engineering
discipline, and be fully conversant with 3D modeling baseline software

8. SENIOR DRAFTER - CIVIL AND STRUCTURAL


Responsibilities • Development of design drawings by using CADD in
accordance with their function and objective as directed by
Contractor's Designer.
Qualifications
• Minimum education is to possess an engineering diploma degree (D3)
with 4 years working experience or senior high school graduate (SMU)
with 8 years working experience, both in design drafting by using
CADD.
• Minimum 3 years of which (with D3 degree) or 6 years of which (for
SMU graduate), working for oil & gas or petrochemical handling
projects and/or facilities.
• The candidate shall be skilled to use CADD baseline software:
Intergraph Micro station version 8i.


9. SENIOR DESIGN ENGINEER INSTRUMENTATION
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and complete discipline engineering design, coordinate
Contractors activities in development of related discipline
engineering deliverables
• Provide technical consultation for Facility construction and
commissioning, if its required by Company to support Companys related
projects.
• Work closely with Companys user(s) during review sessions of deliverables.
• Provide mentoring on related engineering discipline aspects to
Contractors Design Engineers to enhance their competency.
Qualifications
• Minimum education is to possess an engineering degree (S1) or equivalent.
• The candidate shall have minimum 8 years working experience in
related engineering discipline works for oil & gas or petrochemical
handling projects and/or facilities, with minimum 3 years of which at
senior engineer position.
• The candidate shall have thorough knowledge on related engineering
discipline and be proficient with related baseline software (refer to
Attachment A5) and codes/standards.
• For mechanical discipline, the candidate shall have suficient
experience in providing technical specification & datasheet for
procurement process, both for static or rotating equipment, and
familiar with all associated codes & standards, such as: API 610, API
676, ASME-VIII Division 1/2, API 650, etc.
• For piping discipline, the candidate shall have sufficient
experience in implementing 3D modeling for piping design and familiar
with 3D baseline software (PDMS and Naviswork Review).
• The candidate shall have high mentoring & coaching skills.


10. COST ESTIMATOR
Responsibilities
1) Perform cost estimating as part of the overall deliverable package
for Customer
2) Prepare individual project Total Installed Cost (TIC) estimates at
or above Class 3 (L: -10% - -20%; H: +10% - +30%) by using budgetary
quotations for major equipment and by referring to historical data
and/or appropriate cost benchmarks and/or professional judgment.
3) Work closely with Company and Companys contractors during
performance of cost estimating & control services for Companys
projects
4) Develop and maintain Contractors processes and procedures related
with cost estimating & control.
5) Prepare detailed cost estimate for project execution covering all
associated cost components (such as: detail engineering, construction,
commissioning, equipment certification, construction management,
procurement of goods & services, project overheads, etc.)
Requirements
1) The candidate shall have minimum 8 years working experience in cost
estimating & control, with minimum 4 years of which are for oil & gas
or petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities
2) The candidate shall have thorough knowledge on various cost
estimating & control practices and related codes & standards,
including associated software.
3) The candidate shall have thorough knowledge of local
productivities, customs and labor practices and applicable local labor
laws to the degree these have a material impact on TIC estimate.
4) The candidate shall have high skill for facilitation &
coordination, and networking

1. DRAFTER SENIOR
Responsibilities:
• Lead and control Contractors activities in the development of
design drafting and the operation of Contractors drafting shops at
Minas and Duri in Companys Area of operation
• Work closely with Company for overall execution of On-site
Drafting Services, including for resources planning, prioritization
and leveling.
• Develop and maintain drawing specifications, numbering and filing system.
• Ensure that all processes and procedures in Contractors drafting
execution and drafting QA/QC plan, are consistently and well
implemented during Contract period.
· Implement and monitor Contractors key performance indicators
related to On-site Drafting Services.
· Execute continuous mentoring program from senior to junior
personnel in Contractors drafting shops during the performance of
Services including tracking of its effectiveness and documenting the
results.


· Report to and assist Manager Engineering in executing On-site
Drafting Services.
Qualifications
• Minimum education is to possess an engineering degree (S1) with 10
years working experience or engineering diploma degree (D3) with 15
years working experience, both in engineering design and drafting.
• Minimum 8 years of which (with S1 degree) or 12 years of which (with
D3 degree), working in oil & gas or petrochemical handling projects
and/or facilities.
• The candidate shall be fluent with all design codes and standards
relevant to each discipline (process, mechanical & piping, electrical,
instrument & control, civil & structural) which are relevant to the
oil and gas industry.
• The candidate shall be proficient with CADD baseline software:
Intergraph Microstation version 8i, and familiar with 3D modeling
baseline software: PDMS and Naviswork Review.
