SENIOR TRAINING SPECIALIST
Job Description:
1. Develop and
implement Training program based on corporate policy.
2.
Responsible with all matters in training programs, technical and
soft competency, people development, Training Need Analysis, etc.
Qualifications:
1.
Male,
age around 30 - 40 years old
2. Bachelor degree from any
background with min GPA 3.00
3. Having minimal 5 years
experience as Training Analyst or Training Development (preferably in
manufacture company)
4. Familiar with all matters about
Training program such as Training Need Analysis, technical and soft competency,
Training provider, etc related
5. Dynamic person, Tough, Self-initiative,
Good analytical skill and interpersonal approach, Strong leadership skill and
Good motivator.
6. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills with the credibility to interact with senior levels or
management.
7. Willing to be placed in Cikarang.
