1. SEISMIC QC ADMINISTRATION

a) Scope of Work
. To prove logistical and administrative support for
the field based COMPANY QC's
. To ensure that the Field QC's are supplied with detailed
instructions for the activity their supervising
. To liaise with and QC the Seismic Contractors administrative staff
. To monitor and verify all activity reports received from
the seismic
. Contractor.
. To Assist the Seismic Contractor with the preparation of
reimbursable invoices
. To verify all trespass and crop compensation calculations
and payment sheet
. To provide secretarial assistance to the Senior QC and/or
COMPANY Representative.
. To monitor the communications systems during times when the Senior
QC and/or COMPANY Representative is out of the office
. To monitor and report on general concern regarding HSE Matters
. To provide Project Financial report
b) Qualification
University education (S1) with min. five (5 ) years working experience in 2D
and 3D seismic data acquisition with three (3) years as permit, and
administration supervisor; or
High School education (or equivalent) with min. eight (8) years working
experience in 2D and 3D seismic data acquisition and five (5) years as
permit, and administration supervisor;
c) Work Schedule
Normal field work hours are 12 hrs./day, 7 days/week form 6a.m to 6 p.m or
any multiplication thereof. When on duty, the personnel shall remain at the
area of operation twenty four (24 ) hours a day. Travel days between Jakarta
and the area of operations are considered work days . Travel days is
consider as work days, if the trip takes 1 (one)day or more (06:00- 18:00),
maximum for each day.
Not eligible for overtime or additional payments if work load require work
hours in addition to normal work schedule
2. SENIOR RECORDING QC

. To liaise between the Seismic Contractors Field Staff and the
Senior QC
. and/or COMPANY Representative
. To prove constant supervision of all field recording activity to
ensure that the COMPANY gets the best possible data in any given situation
. Where necessary to assist and advise the Seismic Contractor
with the planning of the recording activity to ensure the COMPANY
consistently gets the best possible quality product with the minimum
exposure to COMPANY paid stand by situations
. To QC the daily test prior to commencement of the days recording
activity
. To QC the recording of the monthly tests
. To ensure all field anomalies are correctly reported on the
observers Logs.
. To monitor and report on any equipment failures that may occur
during recording activities
. To conduct equipment audits
. To provide supervision of the COMPANY line and Cable/Geophone QC's
. To monitor and report on all HSE concerns on the recording
operations
. To coordinate with the Senior Humas QC and provide back ground
reports
. on any permit problems encountered during the recording activity
b) Qualification
. University education (S I) with min. five (5 ) years working
experience in 2D and 3D seismic data acquisition with three (3) years as
permit, and
. Senior Recording; or
. High School education (or equivalent) with min. eight (8) years
working experience in 2D and 3D seismic data acquisition and five (5) years
as permit, and Senior Recording;
c) Scope of Schedule: to be the same as Item I of National Field QC

3. SENIOR DAMAGE CLAIM QC

a) Scope of Work
. To liaise between the Seismic Contractors Humas Department and
the Senior QC
. To ensure there is smooth flow of information between the
PetroChina
. International Jabung Ltd. and the Seismic Contractors Humas team
. To assist the Seismic Contractor and COMPANY Representative to
liaise with all levels of the local government administration.
. To Assist the Seismic Contractor and COMPANY Representative to
liaise with the local police and military
. To Coordinate with the Senior Filed QC/s regarding permit
problems encountered during field operations
. To ensure that the Seismic Contractor creates and
maintains cordial relations with the various government departments imd
the local community
. To assist in day-to-day "right of way" negotiations with
the local community
. To assist the Seismic Contract to obtain relevant information
petiaining to trespass and crop compensation payments for seismic operations
. To conduct "spot checks" of the field inventory to prevent
irregularities from occurring.
. To supervise the crop damage inventory teams to ensure that
the any damage caused by the seismic operation is fairly assessed so that,
in accordance with local government regulations, equitable compensation is
paid directly to the propetiy owner
. To ensure that the COMPANY's procedures for documenting
"crop compensation" payments are strictly adhered too
. To witness all payments made for trespass and/or crop
damage and to ensure the payments are made directly to the owner of
affected property
b) Qualification
. University education (D3) with min. three (3 ) years working
experience in 2D and 3D seismic data acquisition with two (2) years as
permit, and Damage Claim supervisor; or
. High School education (or equivalent) with min. five (5) years
working experience in 2D and 3D seismic data acquisition and three (3)
years as permit, and Damage Claim Supervisor;
c) Scope of Schedule: to be the same as Item Iof Seismic QC Adminstation
4. SENIOR DRILLING QC

. To liaise between the Seismic Contractors Drill Supervisor and
the Senior QC
. To provide logistical support for the field based Drill QC's
. To ensure that the Field QC has drilling instructions for each
line to be drilled by his assigned drill unit.
. To QC the Drilling Supervisor's planning for the Shot
Hole Drilling activity
. To coordinate the field reports from the seismic contractor and
Field based Drill QC's
. To Ensure that all regulations pertaining to the transport and
handling of explosive are strictly complied with
. To Conduct audits on drilling equipment
. Report on the quality oflines cleared for drilling
. To provide reports on equipment repairs and maintenance schedules
. To provide report and track unusual trends in drilling equipment
failures
. To coordinated with the Senior Humas . QC and provide
background reports for any permit problems encountered during the drilling
activity
. To monitor and report on all HSE concerned on the drilling
operations
b) Qualification
. University education (03) with min. three (3 ) years working
experience in 2D and 3D seismic data acquisition with two (2)
years as Senior Drilling; or
. High School education (or equivalent) with min. five (5)

5. ASST. SEISMIC DRILLING QC INDONESIAN

7. UTILITY OPERATORS
Applicants should have a minimum of Secondary education with at least 15
years of experience in operating and monitoring the following plants and
equipments: Fuel Gas/Sour Gas system, cooling water pumps and exchangers,
desalination plant, potable water units, demineralizing units and softeners,
nitrogen operators and cryogenic equipments, Air compressors and dryers,
Flare system and sour/wet dry flare knock out drums, DCS, PLC, Foxboro,
Etalba and Fire gas system, Permit to work system, Emergency response.
In addition, candidates must meet the following competency requirements:
. High aptitude with Safety Management Systems
. High level of competency in relationship AND team building
including communicative skills in English Language between peers.
