Senior Geophysicist
Qualification/Knowledge/Experiences:
* BSc or higher in Geophysics (or equivalent)
* At least 10 years of industry experiences
* Expertise in both extensional and compressional structural styles
* Sound knowledge of clastic & carbonate depositional systems,
sequence stratigraphic interpretation and applied AVO & inversion
techniques
* A solid understanding of petroleum systems analysis & common risk
segment mapping and the ability to integrate petroleum systems data from
sources in ArcGIS
* Skilled at presenting a clear, concise and complete integrated
analysis of the exploration opportunity of drilling prospect
* Passionate about identifying and capturing quality exploration
opportunities
* Experience in data room evaluations
* Competency with time/depth conversion, data acquisition and
processing
* Expertise in SE Asia geology would be a definite asset
* Strong command of the English language, with good oral and written
communication skills
