One of our client located in Cikarang, Cakung major in Manufacture &
Pressure Vessel is looking for position PROJECT COORDINATOR.
Qualification:
* Must have a University education in engineering (Mechanical or
Chemical Engineering)
* must have 2-4 years experience from working as project engineer or
mechanical engineer.
* Experience from shipping or international logistics is an advantage
* good spoken and written English is a must.
Job Descriptions:
* Perform certain administrative tasks e.g. create project
number, perform customer requirement review, submit order
acknowledgement etc
* Call and drive project kick off, establish project scheduling
* Execute regular progress review meetings with involved parties
* Regular communication with customer/market company and
internally during the project execution
* Monitor quality, cost control and time
* When required, support installation/commissioning team on site
* Arrange project documentation
* Execute project evaluation externally/internally and establish
lessons learnt
* Work closely with product owners, engineering & implementation
as well as the factory to drive continuous improvements in terms of
Quality, Cost and Time
