>Position : Cost Control Manager
>Experience : Min. 14 Years
>Location : Abu-Dhabi
>Qualification : Any Engineering, ICWA or Finance or equivalent
>
>Note : He/She should having min. 5-7 Yrs of core experience in Project Cost Control.
>
>Skills : Should have an experience in offshore and onshore in upstream and downstream.
>Should have working experience of ERP packages, systems integration, data processing and analysis.
>Should have rich experience in oil & gas projects.
>Should Competent enough to develop project cost structure and cost account codes and to quantify various sub contracts works i.e. Painting, Insulation, Fire proofing, Scaffolding, Structural & Piping works etc.
>Should have working knowledge on cost control, claims, contract, sub contract, procedures, taxes, insurance and guarantees.
>
>Job Description :
>Provide functional management for Cost Control within TOGD which will include oversight of
>Generation of monthly cost reports and analyses concerning cost overruns / variations etc.
>Preparation of variations / claims and maintenance of variation register.
>Review and analysis of commercial issues and contractual terms and conditions and disputes.
>Customer invoicing in close association with Accounts.
>Preparation of cost budget for all project activities.
>• Manage and establish a strategy for:
>o Recruitment and Cost Control team structure
>o Personnel development and succession planning
>o Training and mentoring
>Accurately manage the project cost status and reporting and advising on variances, risks and corrective actions affecting the overall project estimate to complete.
>Manage the invoicing process ensuring that the project maintains the best possible cash flow.
>Identify and report project wise risks and opportunity for cost & time saving.Verify that all subcontractors' payments
