Maintenance Supervisor (Code : MS)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly capable Maintenance Supervisor to work in the Operations Team in Santos’ Oyong Facility. As the Maintenance Supervisor in Santos Indonesia you will have responsibility for leadership of all maintenance work.
This is a wide ranging role; As Maintenance Supervisor, you will be reporting to Oyong Production Superintendent, and will be based in Oyong Field. Major responsibility of your role will be for supervising and leading a Maintenance Team to run day to day of all maintenance activities to ensure facility availability & reliability of all plant and equipment. Responsible for ensuring all main utilities, machineries, gas turbine compressor and production equipment ensuring maximum operational availability in order to support the continuity of production operations in compliance with Operation Department’s KPI Targets in the implementation of Asset Integrity Program, implementing of Safety Critical Maintenance Plan and the implementation of Maintenance Program.
Your key accountabilities including:
• Environment, Health and Safety: Actively support Santos’ commitment to Environment, Health and Safety including adopting and promoting personal work practices and procedures in accordance with Santos Environment, Health and Safety Management System (EHSMS) standards.
• Specific environmental, health and safety responsibilities including, but not limited to: Demonstrate safe work practices and procedures in accordance with SKK Migas and Santos EHSMS and safety policies; proactively manage and reduce office waste, power consumption and effectively promote environmental friendly practices in your work area: and proactively eliminate or report workplace hazards, taking part in toolbox meetings, safety drills and other activities; and supporting the work of safety representatives and committees; encourage maintenance personnel to be proactive for submitting quality hazard observation card.
• Responsible for planning and implementing of all routine and corrective maintenance activities and ensuring safe and efficient work practice.
• Provide technical advice on specific technical aspects pertinent to the maintenance of platform systems and equipment.
• Ensure immediate corrective action is taken to maximise production availability within the constraint on safety and take whatever executive action is necessary to achieve this.
• Supervise Maintenance Team in daily maintenance activities; perform daily computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) through the electronic recording/reporting in a standard format, correct entry of data and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate closely with the Production Supervisor and Marine Supervisor to carefully plan and interface all maintenance activities related to production and marine equipment and essential services to ensure optimum timing and minimal impact on achieving daily production targets.
Experience & Attributes:
• A degree in Mechanical or equivalent with at least 10 years experiences in oil and gas production with supervision background.
• Has good knowledge of oil and gas production operations and maintenance
• Have a solid knowledge and experience on turbine and gas compression, rotating equipment.
• Mastering English language oral and written.
• Has proven leadership skills.
• Has developed sufficient computer knowledge and can with operate Microsoft Office and electronic maintenance systems.
• Understands predictive maintenance processes and is able to implement same.
• Has Ability to lead a team.
• Has good communication skill with superiors, peers and subordinates.
Mechanic (Code : M)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly capable Mechanic to work in the Operations Team in Santos’ Oyong Facility – Seagood 101. As Mechanic in Santos Indonesia, you will be reporting to Maintenance Supervisor, and will be based in Oyong Field. Major responsibility of your role will be to perform periodic maintenance or repairing works of all equipment related to mechanical & rotating.
Your key accountabilities including:
• Environment, Health and Safety: Actively support Santos’ commitment to Environment, Health and Safety including adopting and promoting personal work practices and procedures in accordance with Santos Environment, Health and Safety Management System (EHSMS) standards.
• Specific environmental, health and safety responsibilities including, but not limited to: Demonstrate safe work practices and procedures in accordance with SKKMIGAS and Santos EHSMS and safety policies; proactively manage and reduce office waste, power consumption and effectively promote environmental friendly practices in your work area; and proactively eliminate or report workplace hazards, taking part in toolbox meetings, safety drills and other activities; and supporting the work of safety representatives and committees.
• Perform of maintaining or repairing all rotating equipment, gas compressor, gas turbine, boiler, diesel engines, pumps, all utilities equipment, valves, piping, etc.
• Perform periodic maintenance to all mechanical and rotating equipment as per schedule and follow the PM procedures.
• In coordination by CME work close together with other department during mooring-unmooring operation, connect –disconnect operation and any other critical operation as stated by OIM.
• Perform daily surveillance on all mechanical equipment onboard to ensure all are working properly.
• Follow and maintain all applicable ISO/OSHAS procedures and keep diligent file of record keeping.
Experience & Attributes:
• Holder of Sekolah Tehnik Menengah (STM) / Senior Technical School Certificate in Mechanical.
• Has good knowledge of Mechanical codes and standards.
• At least 5 years experiences in oil and gas industry as a Mechanic, preferable in maintaining gas turbine/compressor.
Electric Instrument Technician (Code : EIT)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly capable Instrument Technician to work in the Operations Team in Santos’ Oyong Facility – Seagood 101. As Electric Instrument Technician in Santos Indonesia, you will be reporting to Maintenance Supervisor, and will be based in Oyong Field. Major responsibility of your role will be for maintaining all electrical, instrument devices and control system to be in proper operation.
Your key accountabilities including:
• Environment, Health and Safety: Actively support Santos’ commitment to Environment, Health and Safety including adopting and promoting personal work practices and procedures in accordance with Santos Environment, Health and Safety Management System (EHSMS) standards.
• Specific environmental, health and safety responsibilities including, but not limited to: Demonstrate safe work practices and procedures in accordance with SKKMIGAS and Santos EHSMS and safety policies; proactively manage and reduce office waste, power consumption and effectively promote environmental friendly practices in the work area; and proactively eliminate or report workplace hazards, taking part in toolbox meetings, safety drills and other activities; and supporting the work of safety representatives and committees.
• Responsible for maintaining all instruments devices and all electrical equipment; process control system, all control valves, generators, gas turbine compressor, electric motors, breakers, air conditioning, switch board, etc to keep these equipments are readily available for operation.
• Responsible for performing routine and periodic check and maintenance to all gas and fire detection system and panel to be function properly.
• Responsible to keep all instrumentation and electrical system are in proper operation.
• Perform daily surveillance on all instrumentation and electrical equipment onboard to ensure all are working properly.
• Perform corrective maintenance (CM) for all instrument devices and electrical equipment, and close all preventive and corrective maintenance job through CMMS.
• Follow and maintain all applicable ISO/OSHAS procedures and keep diligent file record keeping in achieving ISO/OSHAS certification.
Experience & Attributes:
• Holder of Sekolah Tehnik Menengah (STM) / Senior Technical School Certificate in Instrumentation or Electrical.
• At least 5 years experiences in oil and gas industry as an Instrument Technician or Electrician.
• Has good knowledge of Instrumentation codes and standards.
• Has sufficient computer knowledge at least can operate Microsoft Office and electronic reporting.
Electrical & Instrument Engineer (Code : EIE)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly capable Electrical & Instrument Engineer to work in the Operations Team in Santos’ Jakarta Office. As Electrical & Instrument Engineer in Santos Indonesia, you will be reporting to Engineering Team Leader, and will be based in Jakarta. Major responsibility of your role will be for the effective implementation of the surface engineering of Electrical and Instrument Control as well as Reliability and Maintenance Management System (RAMMS) and providing technical support to operating facilities.
Your key accountabilities including:
• Actively support Santos’ commitment to Environment, Health and Safety including: Adopting and promoting personal work practices and procedures in accordance with Santos Environment, Health and Safety Management System (EHSMS) standards.
• Responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of Santos Reliability and Maintenance Management System (RAMMS) by maintaining & improving reliability &availability of the facility assets (Electrical, Instrument & Control, allocation & custody meters, and Fire & Gas Monitoring System) including availability of spare parts and tools.
• Collaboration with Process Engineer and Maintenance Engineer to identifying the facilities constraints on Electrical & Instrumentation sides.
• Develop contract support services to 3rd parties to support Electrical & Instrumentation Facility Maintenance Services
• Provide support and review of Significant Engineering Documentation as stated in Santos
Engineering Standard including but not limited to:
1. Instrumentation: Critical Function Tests, PSV Sizing, Control Valve Sizing, Orifice Plate Calculations for Custody Transfer, Compressor Anti-Surge, Valve Sizing and Controller Settings, Restriction Orifices, I/S Loop Calculations (Hazardous Areas).
2. Electrical: Fault Levels, Cable Sizing, Protection Level Grading, Earth System Design, Heat Dissipation.
• Provide support and review the operating procedures prepared by Field Supervisors to allow asset monitoring risks can be managed effectively.
• Providing technical support to Development group specifically type of instrument & electrical system will be purchased for new project development.
Experience & Attributes:
• BSc Electrical/ Instrumentation & control Engineering.
• At least 5 -7 years experience in oil & gas industry.
CBM Project EHS Coordinator (Code : CBM-EHSC)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly capable CBM Project EHS Coordinator to work in the EHS Team in Santos’ CBM Project. As the CBM Project EHS Coordinator in Santos Indonesia you will have responsibility for leadership of EHS development and implementation.
This is a wide ranging role; As CBM Project EHS Coordinator, you will be reporting to EHS Manager, and will be based in Jakarta. Major responsibility of your role will be to develop and implement effective Environment, Health and Safety standards for the Santos CBM project and other operational support functions in the organization to deliver strong Environment, Health and Safety performance in compliance with government regulation as well as corporate guidance.
Your key accountabilities including:
• Coordinate amongst the EHS roles/functions in the whole CBM project activities that include office, warehouse, construction, and drilling.
• Filling by contributing direct EHS support or intervention to any functions that seems requires more focus and attention base on gaps analyses.
• Act as an advisor and focal point to support EHS for the CBM project team to make sure all EHS activities complies with Santos Corporate EHS requirements.
• Prepare and analyse all EHS report, include improvement plan, KPI, statistic, and trend analysis for CBM project in order to provide data for EHS improvement.
• Regularly produce an integrated EHS report that shows the overall mapping of the CBM project EHS performances, analyses and complete with a leading and lagging indicators.
• Manage the implementation of Santos Corporate EHS systems, such as policy, procedures, and processes through the sites Safety Officers, also contribute in EHS process for Santos Indonesia CBM project team to comply with Santos EHS requirements.
• Responsible for audit compliance in the CBM project for both internal and external to statutory requirements and the EHS Management Systems including regular visits to sites to ensure audit corrective actions are track, expedite, monitored and closed.
• Where necessary, develop and deliver EHS related trainings, socialization and include induction, to any company personnel and/or contractor.
• Participate in EHS incident investigations make sure the root causes are correctly identified and recommendations to be provided to prevent recurrence.
• Supervise and manage professional development of the Safety Officer located at operating sites make sure they have achieved competency level as required to be safety officer.
• Monitor and review continuously CBM project contractor’s EHS performance to ensure contractor’s EHS plan is well run in improving their safety performance and compliance.
• Act as a role model and support Santos commitment to Health and Safety by adopting and actively promoting personal work practices and procedures in accordance with Santos Health and Safety policy in order to promote Santos EHS vision and mission.
• Coordinate with the EHS Safety Compliance Coordinator to receive any update related to EHS procedures.
• Actively participate in Departmental EHS key meetings in order to communicate Health and Safety activities and updates.
• May lead investigation and provide solution towards Health and Safety issues to analyse the issues and provide preventive standards.
• Monitor and evaluate Health and Safety performance, including monthly incidents and trends in order to ensure personnel work in a safe manner.
• Filling the roles as EHS operational for any other department or function in the organization as per guidance from the EHS Manager.
Experience & Attributes:
• A Bachelors Degree in a relevant industry discipline, ideally complimented with a formal HSE qualification (NEBOSH or similar).
• The need for formal qualification may be partially waived if a candidate can demonstrate excellent relevant industry experience.
• The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years experiences in HSE within upstream operating organizations.
• The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate success in dealing with HSE issues commonly found within Indonesia’s Oil and Gas industry.
