Duties & Responsibilities:
MAINTENANCE
Perform, deploy and carries out
day to day preventive, corrective and break down maintenance activities on
instrument and control systems covering oil, gas, and water treating plants,
gas turbine generators, pumps and compressors, vessels, tanks, valves and
piping, wellhead controls, ICSS, Distributed control system (DCS), programmable
logic controllers (PLC), SCADA and fire and gas systems. This includes working
on pressure, temperature, level, flow and other measuring and control
devices/equipment, protection devices/systems (vibration, over speed), control
valves; metering banks, prove, etc. Manage work orders and repair work
requests, determines priorities, identifies and orders required materials,
liaises with counterparts in Operations to release desired equipment and plant
and execute work on site and/or in workshop. Ensures availability of adequate
level of consumable material and spares. Troubleshoots various
process/systems/equipment operational problems and consults with colleagues as
required. Participate in complex maintenance and repair activities carried out.
Participates in shutdown and major overhaul activities by carrying out shutdown
preparation, data collection and condition monitoring duties. Fully Implements
and observes the Company's HSE policies and procedures.
CONSTRUCTION

panels power up and loop checking. Conducted FAT and Site Acceptance Test of
Control Systems.
· TECHNICAL
Strong knowledge of field instrumentation and controls including
sensors, transmitters, final elements, process control systems, communication
protocols and wiring methods. Specify, purchase, install, commission and
troubleshoot field instrumentation. Design instrument loops including selection
and sizing of flow meters, control valves and other field instrumentation.
Read, understand and develop drawings including P and IDs, schematics and
connection diagrams. Evaluate and select suppliers for specific instrumentation
applications.
· PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Lead
and manage overall design and construction of projects including management of
project team to best utilize resources. Use estimating tools and cost control
measures to budget and monitor approved funds. Assemble work packages to ensure
safe execution of construction work. Monitor projects and workloads to meet
deadlines and schedules.
· TEAMWORK
Interface effectively with Operators, Electrical, Inspection,
Mechanics, Vendors, Contractors, Management and other groups to meet business
objectives. Foster cooperation and collaboration among individuals in a work
group.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Microsoft Office and SAP,
Enterprise One Oracle programs to efficiently and effectively convey
information. Use engineering software to perform design calculations including
design of flow meters and control valves.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor
Degree in Engineering (specially Electrical Engineering) from
Reputable University,
with experience more that 5 years in Oil & Gas Industries.
