· Degree in Telecommunications or Engineering discipline or equivalent
· Possess relevant professional qualifications will be an advantage
· At least 2 years relevant working experience in Telecommunications Services, preferably with experience in working with Telecom operator
· Good at technical proposal for tender

Working hours : 8 hours per day and 5 days a week
