Job Description :
- Will be manage Quality (QA & QC) at Batam Plant.
- Will responsible for any product improvement and also issues.
- To manage and develop Customer Care, Quality, Procurement and Logistic and ensure the team able to do their job professionally in order to increase Customer Satisfaction as per Corporate guideline.
- To maintain the relationship external (mainly Distributors) and all internal departments in order to have good communication and coordination.
- Reporting to Plant Director and managing many engineers in the factory.
Requirements :
- MUST BE WILLING TO BE PLACED IN BATAM FACTORY.
- Preferably someone who is Plant Manager at the moment but responsible for Quality.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Logistic, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Customer Care.
- Required language(s) : English and Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in Multinational Company and in the related field is required for this position
