Vacancy Contract & Legal Assistant Manager

Contract & Legal Assistant Manager
                                                                 
Main responsibilities:
  1. Prepare, analyze and maintain the Company's Articles of Associations and its amendments are up to date.
  2. Keep and maintain all statutory documents of entities pursuant to Indonesian laws
  3. Represent the company for all legal matters including working with external lawyers and notary etc.
  4. Manage the process of any renewal or new establishment of corporate legal documentation, to support company business operation
  5. Maintain and renew of the company's licenses, permits & trademarks.
  6. Manage process of insurance purchases with regards to the protection of company
  7. Prepare contract summary highlighting risk areas in the scope and/or other requirements and provide advice to business unit managers
  8. Ensure company offices are in compliance with FCPA and British Anti-Bribery Act
     
Qualifications:
  • Male/Female.
  • Age 25 – 30 years old.
  • Bachelor degree in Legal.
  • Excellent in English (ability to speak, read, write in fluent).
  • Having 3–5 years experience (preferable experience in Shipping, Mining, Oil & Gas, Logistics and Freight industry) with major responsibilities handling Contract Law and/or Corporate Law.
  • Intermediate skills of computer programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook.
  • Capability to work in a team, broad minded by having macro perspective, has the strong willingness to understand company business, good risk management.
