Responsibilities:
Provide secretarial support to Board of Director
Able to handle administrative and secretarial matters work processing and
managing systematic filling system
Manage secretarial works such as: typing, translation, compile data,
correspondence, report drafting skill and documentation
Organize schedule appointment, meeting, event, conferences, exhibitions,
open days and travel arrangement
Able to communicate with people at all levels with excellent communication
skill.
Requirements:
Female, max. age 35 year(s) old
At least 2 years(s) of working experience in the related field
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in secretarial duties or
Bachelor's Degree from Public Relations, Business
Studies/Administration/Management & Mass Communications will be advantage
Good written and spoken English, able to draft letters in official English
and conduct business in English through email and other means of
correspondence
Strong computer skills in Word Processing, Excel, Powerpoint, internet and
other relevant office applications
Good personalities, strong commitment to the task and ability to do
multi-tasking
Responsible, proactive, having good manner, dynamic and outgoing
personality
Taking the initiative, problem detection, problem solving, and attention
to detail
