URGENTLY NEED



HR & Payroll Executive
Reporting to HR & Recruitment Manager in Singapore, the HR & Payroll
Executive will set up and maintain HR day-to-day operations our Jakarta
office. Your main responsibilities include:

* Compensation & benefits administration including payroll processes
like calculation of pph21 tax, and jamsostek, leave administration,
medical and health insurance claims (currently less than 50 staff)
* Set-up Payroll/Leave system
* Maintain Personnel files & general HR administration
* Manage new-hire onboarding processes and exit management
* Employee Relations including grievance handling
* Performance Management including confirmation process and annual
salary review
* Manage visa applications e.g. KITTAS, business visa etc
* Maintain good people network and relationship with local government
department and officers

Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Finance or Psychology
* At least 5 years of HR experience; experience in starting up HR for
a new division
* Well versed in Indonesian Labour Law and Pph21
* Knowledge on immigration & visa related matters
* Proficient in both oral and written English and Bahasa Indonesia
* Ability to interact and induce positive influence with people at
all level
* Proactive in identifying and resolving problems
