1. Operational Manager – Oil & Gas Asset Management & Maintenance
Requirement:
§ Have formal education Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Maintenance Engineering.
§ Have Work Experience 10 years in senior leadership role of a significant operational asset management business, preferably Western or Multi National Corporation. Experience in working off-shore would be highly regarded.
§ Have Skills/Knowledge/Abilities in Delivery of outstanding business results, Contemporary knowledge of continuous improvement programs in asset management & maintenance and Industry savvy (Asset Management / Maintenance / Heavy Industry preferred)
§ Have Behavioral Competencies in Commercial Orientation, Relationship Building, Understanding and Developing People, Outcomes driven, Effective Communications, Leadership, Negotiation / Influencing at a senior level
PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Lead the Project site/s while ensuring the Project/s meet and exceed client and internal MA CLIENT expectations through establishing a competitive edge in the provision of asset & maintenance services by providing site/s support & direction in the continuous improvement of; safety, commercial acumen, maintenance planning, asset management, productivity and site people management
2. Sr. Site Coordinator – Oil & Gas Asset Management & Maintenance
Requirement:
§ National (Indonesian]
§ S1 degree in Engineering
§ Have experience10 years exposure to O&G - LNG Plant operation & maintenance & management experience, 4 years' experience in Project Management, 6 years' experience in offshore/onshore LNG or Petrochemical exposure operations and / or maintenance
§ Strong leadership
§ Good English language skills (written & spoken) and interpersonal skills with strong communication
§ Should be able to work independently or in a team (flex in approach)
§ Have MS Office excellent skills
Responsibilities
§ Accountable for the integration, efficient and effective use of people, systems, processes and tools to attain a step change in maintenance improvement value from increased planning and scheduling and reduction in reactive work
§ Demonstrate value added through an increase in plant and equipment reliability across the allocated sites. Targeting for each a minimum improvement of a sustainable level of performance.
§ Demonstrate value added through the conversion of work from reactive to proactive
§ Develop, implement and maintain procedures to ensure work is carried out in an environmentally sustainable manner
§ Ensure effective communication of agreed scope, progress and barriers takes place with all stakeholders on a regular basis
§ Accountable for the effectiveness, collaboration and results achieved by site maintenance improvement groups which take into account key stake holders.
§ Accountable for the overall performance of the Asset management services on site.
§ Through team collaboration use effective reliability and planning process for the monitoring and if required modification of asset/equipment maintenance strategies.
§ Ensure all asset maintenance activities and changes to such are detailed and maintained in approved operating system reflective of asset and operational strategies.
§ Participate in relative forums designed to provide guidance on specific business initiatives.

§ Improve level of understanding, competency and application of planning and reliability processes and systems through training and mentoring of staff
§ Facilitate business process gap analysis workshops, identify and prioritise maintenance improvement opportunities, emphasize need for improvement, promote and support change
§ Development and improvement of site maintenance processes ensuring alignment between site and regional processes
§ Coordinate effective site systems and business process user groups including external service providers.
§ Lead a collaborative continuous improvement approach to ongoing development of central/site maintenance processes
§ Develop and maintain stake holder engagement plans
SAFETY
§ Ensure any external consultants or contractors are adequately inducted in their work area and are aware of all workplace rules and critical procedures applying at client's client sites.
§ Actively promote, monitor and enforce compliance of personnel with safe work practices.
§ Ensure all incidents are reported and investigated according to policy and statutory requirements.
ENVIRONMENT
§ Performing functions in an environmentally sustainable manner to achieve statutory compliance (as a minimum objective] while implementing corporate Values.
§ Promoting and enforcing environmentally sound work procedures.
§ Ensuring that all Contractors adhere to relevant corporate Environmental Policy and Practices.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
§ Establish and maintain standard technical procedures on site.
§ Support component rebuild, repair process which enhances over all equipment performance and cost.
§ Participate in planning and scheduling process through team participation and stake holder engagement.
§ Provide leadership and guidance for the development and review of Maintenance Strategies for site critical plant equipment
