following position:
GENERAL MANAGER - MINING
Requirements & Qualification:
* Male, Minimum 40 years old
* Diploma (D3) degree in Mining Engineering or Bachelor degree (S1)
in Mining Engineering/ Metallurgy
* At least 8 years in related field Minimal with 6 years working
experiences in Process Gold mining industry, experience in Managerial
Level ( construction and operation )
* Skill and knowledge in Manage Gold Operation, Process Improvement,
Safety Health and Environment, Customer Service, Personal Management,
People Development
* Have Certificate POP ( Pengawas Operasional Pratama ) / POM (
Pengawas Operasional Madya ) / POU ( Pengawas Operasional Utama )
* Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
* Budget planning & control skills and demonstrated analytical &
reporting skills,Knowledge Finance/Accounting,Knowledge HR.
* Good in communication an interaction with people internally/externally
* Good command of English both orally and writing will be a great advantage
* Good computer literacy will be another advantage for success
