> a. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering from a reputable university

> b. Minimum 10 years experience at similar position, preferably from Oil & Gas industries

> c. Having wide range of experience in design, project & engineering management, construction

> d. Knowledge of standards, codes and regulations that govern construction work in the oil and gas industry

> e. Having skill in Construction Management, Contracting and procurement for construction projects
>
> f. Highly motivated, strong analytical skill and problem solving capabilities, good team work and adaptable

> g. Excellent interpersonal skills and able to influence situation to achieve goals

> h. Having good English and computer literacy

> i. Willing to travel and be placed outside the area
