• Responsible for advising the Site Manager on Project matters including site management, technical advisory services, Field execution performance (quality, schedule, EHS & Cost), customer Net Promoter Score (NPS). This includes from delivery of equipment at site through installation, commissioning until final acceptance.

• Responsible to support the development of field execution strategies, site staffing needs, customer / constructor / End User meetings, and interface with vendors.

• Contribute to the subcontracting process, pre-qualifications, and commercial structure; bid packages, negotiation through final award.

• Expertise in overall field operations. Ensure process discipline on site based on project requirements to ensure contract requirements are met.

• During execution, monitor project performance in all areas including cost, schedule, technical advisory services, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and quality.

• Identify performance issues and provide the leadership to resolve issues and ensure the project success.

• Using lean and digitization tools drive optimum process discipline.

• This is a site based role.

• Support on-time delivery in accordance with contract.

• Contribute to project risk management issues including receivables, claims, contract changes, margin enhancement, and effective project closeout

• Have a good understanding  related to technical documents in order to prepare estimates

• Analyzing and selecting the best suppliers and subcontractors available
• Scheduling engineering, procurement and construction activities.
• Analyze and comment on proposed commercial terms of projects.
• Ensure tender deadlines are met.
• Keep constantly informed of actual site costs.
• Develop an understanding of design and system requirements to enhance industry knowledge.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, and contractors on estimates
• Able to evaluate a product's cost-effectiveness or profitability

Minimum Requirement:

• Must have at least a Bachelor of Degree in Engineering (preferably on Mechnical/Piping/Electrical/Instrument, Industry) and at least three (3) years experience in cost estimating of major oil and gas production projects.
• Must be experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to the control of costs for oil and gas production projects.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia. Excellent standard in English
