Requirement:

• Male, 30 – 40 years old.

• Excellent managerial and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering (for 1, 2, 3, 4)
• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering (for 7)
• Minimum hold a High Vocational Diploma/D3 (for 5, 6, 8)
• Minimum 5 years experiences in the mining operations (for 2-8) & 8 years experience in  the same position (for 1).
• Hold a POP (for 2-4), POM (for 1) Mining Indonesia Competency Certificate.
• Hold a SKA/BST (for 5, 6, 7)
• Hold SIO/Simper (for 8)
• Hold a K3 Umum Certificate for all position.
• Good knowledge in mining principles, mine design concepts (especially at slope design), mining method, mine evaluation and equipment performance analysis.
• Good knowledge in coal geology & quality
• Good knowledge in integrated drainage system, mine infrastructure and stockpile management
• Good knowledge in mining regulations and reporting
• Good in leadership and communication, with interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in the English language
• Strong commitment to site safety.
• Strong leadership is a must.
• Willing to be located at our Job Site.

Job Requirements

1.    Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent work experience) business, marketing and sales or related field of study

2.    Minimum 5 years of working experience in IT consulting business industry and for large projects specifically.

3.  Solutions-selling experience and possess existing relationship in Finance & Banking, Telecommunication, Government and Oil & Gas industry is a big plus.

4.   Proven track record in the IT industry at a high level of achievement.

5.   Must be a self-starter.

6.    Analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organization.

7.    Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team.

8.    Demonstrate the ability to develop, manage and guide the sales team.

9.     Ability to drive and motivate performance

10.   Good interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.

11.   Ability to think and act operationally to deliver innovative solutions.
