Construction, Offshore Projects & Operations, Engineering & Consulting
Services, and Integrated Energy Services (IES). IES division provides
a full range of field and infrastructure development. Our aim is to
align with the asset holder, not by owning the reserves but by
co-investment based upon common and aligned goals.
We integrate our range of services through innovative commercial
structures, by increasing production from late-life fields through
Production Enhancement Contracts (PEC).
For our new operation in Indonesia, we are seeking for position:
C & B Analyst / Specialist
Jakarta based
Role
This position is to support the Company with remuneration program
specifically in developing, making continuous improvement, and
maintain Employee Compensation Program in order to align with and not
limited to the Company's Compensations and Benefits Philosophy,
Corporate Guidelines, Local Government Regulation relates to Manpower,
Taxation, Company Regulation, etc. as well as maintain externally
competitiveness with Company's Peer Companies. You will be responsible
for providing technical assistances around compensation & benefit
activities for business process, such us recruitment remuneration
package, performance bonus, annual salary review, etc. At all times
conduct your professional activities within the parameters of
corporate and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
• Indonesian nationality
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)
• 3 – 5 years experience within Compensation and Benefits, preferably
in upstream Oil and Gas.
• Preferably a holder in C&B Certification (GRP or HRP)
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with internal and
external stakeholders
• Fluency in English both writing and speaking
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office with mastery in Excel)
• Creative and Innovative
• Able to work both independently with less supervision and as a team
