Cilegon as an Engineering Manager.
Main responsibilities:
Directs all activities of the engineering and investment management
department to optimize process execution, ensuring the correct
management coordination of human, material and information technology
resources
Plans and Coordinates the execution of projects assigned to the department
Assesses the information included in the Investments Plans.
Administers periodic controls to identify cost deviations and
estimated times for project execution
Controls final closing of projects.
Oversees the appropriate granting of access privileges to technology
systems based on the functions and responsibilities of each job and
user profile
Complies with company policies, procedures and management standards,
and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the
area of responsibility
Proactively motivates, coaches, communicates with and develops his/her
staff and manages HR related activities in line with Human Resources
norms and procedures
.
Job Requirements
University degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 15 years experience preferably in fabrication industry, Oil
and Gas, Piping or Steel working.
Minimum of 40 years old.
Experienced in leading engineering projects
Proficient in using SAP.
Highly proficient in English.
Willing to be based in Cilegon.
