b.. Master Degree/S2 from reputable university (major in
HR/Finance/Marketing/ Business Management)
c.. Having Bachelor Degree from Industrial Engineering will be advantage
d.. Min 3 years working experience from reputable
consultation/training firm or well-known corporate in managerial level
e.. Possess a proven track record both concept mastery and hands on
application
f.. Good command in English (oral & written)
g.. Good presentation skill
