Proposal
Engineer
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum S1/D3 Control System Engineering
* Minimum 2 years experience as Proposal Engineer
* Excellent communication skills with a good level of written and
spoken English.
* Knowledge of the field, preferably have experience working in Oil &
Gas Industry.
* Good communication, human relation, project management, leadership
and interpersonal skill.
* Knowledge of International standard.
Job Description:
· To interpret client's enquiry
documents, prepare conceptual designs and draft formal tender responses to
tight, customer specified, deadlines.
· To undertake ongoing technical and
commercial clarifications, requested by the client, throughout the life of the
tenders, and support the Sales team through to successful order placement.
· To process orders and prepare accurate
contract handover files for the Project Team
· To attend formal bid clarification
meetings
· To obtain sub-vendor compliant
quotations for bought out items
· To formulate accurate cost build-ups
· To review technical and commercial
content of Purchase Orders.
