IT Project Manager
Main responsibilities:
· The IT Project Manager will be
responsible for leading a team of programmers on a daily basis.
· Leads multiple and high profile IT
Development projects with complex objectives and activities. Must be
able to manage
a team of programmers and assign tasks depending on their skills and the
priority of the tasks.
· Creates or leads the creation of
detailed project documentation such as; project plans, risk/issue logs, and
meeting minutes.
· Plans and scopes all project phases
and components ensuring projects are on schedule and on scope.
· Responsible for ensuring the
creation, maintenance of project budgets delivering projects at or under
budget.
· Proactively addresses issues and
risks associated with the project.
· Monitors assigned projects and
provides summary status reports to management.
· Works on-going as a liaison with
multiple assigned departments.
· Develops and maintains an excellent
working knowledge of Altus Logistics Pte Ltd, must be able to understand the
global workflow of all departments in the company.
· Works closely with CEO, Head of IT,
Department Heads, etc. in the development and maintenance of the IT Strategic
Plan and associated documents, budgets, plans, etc.
· Must have proven experience in
programming, database management, reporting creation and IT quality process
workflows.
· Facilitate the understanding of his
team work to other heads of department by being able to explain the feasibility
of new requests and by doing the follow up of the work assigned.
· Able to communicate in very good
English with either IT and non IT people and being understand by all of them.
· Must be able to suggest
modifications to improve users' efficiency in their daily work.
· Must be able to improve the quality
of work of his team by setting/upgrading (if needed) the internal development
processes.
Qualifications:
* Male/Female
* Bachelor degree in IT
* PMP certification would beappreciated
* Havingat least 2-4years experience as a Project Manager
* Good team player
* Fluent in English
