Our company a construction company with specialities in EPC of heavy
duty construction, currently we are seeking for high qualified person
to fill the position as General Superintendent/Site Manager with
criteria as follows:
1. Male, age max. 45 y.o
2. Bachelor degree, Civil Engineering-Geotechnical is advantage
3. Minimum Ten (10) years Experience as Site Manager for large scale
project (>USD 2M)
4. Good knowledge of Project Management, sequence of work, cash flow
monitoring, Tight Schedule, progress payment and able to face a non
technical issue
5. Good computer literate Autocad, MS Project, MS Office
6. Experience to manage up to 100 persons
7. Active in English
Rule and Resposibilities:
1. To lead a project from start to finish (6 months project contract)
2. Monitoring daily activities, enable to make a daily report, weekly
report and monthly report
3. Ready to work on site (outside Java)
4. Project Contract Base (6 Months)
5. Monitoring Progress Payment
6. Reporting to Project Director
