Residential Project consist of 200 – 300 unit houses in South Jakarta is
currently seeking for a special individual, who will assist our client in
managing a Commercial & Operational center :
*GENERAL MANAGER PROPERTY ( GMP )*
*Responsibilities:*
- Managing all of the operational aspects such as Legal, Marketing,
Budgeting / Finance, Promotion, etc
- Managing groups of operational teams
*Requirements:*
- Male or Female
- S1 from any discipline
- Good interpersonal and managing skill
- Self motivated, good communication skill, able to work under pressure
- Proactive with a strong results orientation
- Min 5 years in the Property Industry
- Details Oriented
- Welcoming from developer side or property consulting firm

*ACCOUNTING MANAGER PROPERTY ( AMP )*
*Requirements:*
- Male or Female
- S1 from Accounting / Finance / Financial Management
- Good interpersonal and managing skill
- Self motivated, good communication skill, able to work under pressure
- Min 5 years in the Property Industry
