Senior Electrical Engineer 2
Required Knowledge, Qualifications, Skills, And Experiences:
. Thorough and extensive knowledge of industry with ExxonMobil
experience an advantage:
- Electrical engineering principles, theories, and concepts
- Applicable codes, standards, and trade practices
. Thorough knowledge and expert judgment in the selection and
application of electrical equipment and hardware
. Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Engineering
Technology
. 7+ years of closely related professional engineering
experience, 2+ years of which should be at the Senior Electrical Engineer
level
. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs, etc.
. Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies
to technical and business communications
SENIOR ELECTRICAL DESIGNER
Required Knowledge, Qualifications, Skills, And Experiences:
. Thorough and extensive knowledge of industry with ExxonMobil
experience an advantage:
. Electrical engineering principles, theories, and concepts
. Applicable codes, standards, and trade practices
. Thorough knowledge and expert judgment in the selection and
application of electrical equipment and hardware
. A Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Design / Drafting. Preferred
Academic Qualifications such as Dip. Eng in applicable engineering subject
. Post University / College experience in design and drafting of
onshore and offshore related Oil & Gas facilities (10+ years)
. Experience and competent with AutoCAD design software package
. Proficient in Microsoft Office
. Familiar with PDMS software programs or viewer to conduct model
review
. Technically competent for the design and drafting activities for
power generation, MV and LV distribution systems, single line diagrams,
substation and equipment room layouts, metering and protection diagrams,
schematic and termination drawings, cable selection and cable schedules,
cable route layouts, cable ladder and trenching drawings, equipment
installation details, electrical earthing/grounding, material take-offs
(MTOs), hazardous area classification drawings, lighting design using
proprietary software, lighting layouts, circuit schedules and other design
deliverables as required
. 10+ years of electrical design office experience, 4+ years of which
should be at the Senior Designer level
. 4+ years on O&G Projects with Contractor or Consultant.
. Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to
technical and business communications
