URGENTLY NEED for new Project
ENGINEERING MANAGER
Responsibility
- Responsible for the whole detailed design effort and
coordination of CONTRACTOR's and/or CONTRACTOR's Engineering
Subcontractor's discipline engineering professionals,
- Ensure that all designs comply with the requirements of the
CONTRACT DOCUMENTS;
- Ensure that all engineering Work is efficiently and effectively
executed in accordance with the criteria, specifications and standards
in the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS
- Ensure that the design is continually reviewed against COMPANY
design goals and complies with requirements of COMPANY HSE philosophies
and standards as accepted within the offshore oil and gas industry.
Requirement
- Min Bachelor degree in an engineering related field
- Have a minimum at least twelve (12) years or more of design
engineering experience on offshore oil and gas facilities, in particular
in the design engineering of offshore pipelines and sub-sea
installations as well as offshore oil and gas platforms transportation
and installation.
- Preferably with International Experience
- Include five (5) or more years experience working as an
Engineering Manager on at least two (2) major offshore oil and gas
pipeline and transportation and installation
- Have a demonstrated track record leading a multi-discipline
engineering design team for offshore oil and gas pipe line projects as
well as for offshore oil and gas platforms transportation and
installation.
- Have sufficient cross-discipline technical knowledge and
successfully manage the inter-discipline interfaces.
- Able to identify areas where specialist technical assistance is
required, select a competent source of specialist assistance, define the
work scope, monitor the work performed, interpret the results, and
incorporate the work into the overall project work scope.
- Have experience in preparation of scopes of work and basis of
design for detailed engineering, for offshore projects of similar size
and complexity.
- He/she must have previous experience working within a risk based
HSE framework. He/she must demonstrate:
o Proven Track Record of achieving HSE objectives.
o Capability to manage projects to meet schedule and cost
requirements
