URGENTLY REQUIRED
MARINE & LOGISTIC COORDINATOR (MLC)
JOB PURPOSE & RESPONSIBILITIES :
* Review Stage 1 Tender proposal from qualified EPSC TENDERER, i.e.
marine equipment. procedure, organization, HSE, & ONOC in accordance
to the Marine operation requirements for CLIENT
* Organize and conduct monitoring programs to assess and report the
status of Contractor's compliance with Marine Operation requirements
during the life cycle for project, In coordination with TEPIU MLO
ensure CPSC's Marine spread conformity with national and international
Marine regulations.
* Organize and conduct monitoring programs to assess and report the

* Coordinate and conduct marine spread inspections (OVID, MS, WS, HSE
and MAR) prior operation and deficiency list closure during 3 project
tender
* Monitor compliance with COMPANY Marine Operating Procedures,
issuance and renewal of Inspection Release Certificate and Marine
Operation Permit on Company Sites on designated project.
* Performs regular contractor's vessel and equipments inspection-
* Advice and Assist Project and Lire Management, Superintendent and
Supervisor in concerning Marine HSE issues to ensure Project
activities and personnel operate within Client Policies.
* Assist project and line management developing Marine coordination
and interfaces procedure with others Client entities (ENG.FO,MAR)
* Review and moment project marine procedures and ensure adequate
risk assessment and mitigation are carried out
* Encourage contractors to maintain HSE in the highest priority
standard, and to advance the development of a positive a HSE culture.

ACTIVITIES :
* To ensure that all COMPANY HSE standards and requirements are fully
applied by Contractor
* To review the procedures related to urge anchoring and move for all
project life i.e. Tender, and project execution
* To attend Kick-Off Meeting and Pry:-Job Meeting
* To approve Marine Operating Permits (MOP) for marina spreads
operating at NC site
* To request Marine Operating Permits (MOP) for marine spreads
operating at FO site
* To closely monitor all 19adne Operations,
* To ensure that Contractor has the adequate Marine Spreads to
perform the job, in conformity with COMPANY specifications, codes and
standards,
* To provide assistance during inspection of all Marine Spreads
involved in project activities and ensure proper follow-up and
close-out of findings by Contractor before mobilization
* To keep the CSR regularly informed of all activities
* To liaise with other COMPANY entities to manage marine interfaces at site,
* To report to CSR
* The job holder is assigned on request on board Contractor's barge,
vessel and at NSB yard
* The job requires anticipation of potential problems that may arise
and affect the work, causing delay and
* Additional cast to the Project.
* The job requires immediate reaction to unexpected event that affect
or may affect the work,
* The job requires constant attention to safety matters especially
when working close to live facilities.
