Subcontract Engineer
Principal accountabilities

* Responsible to provide contractual advice and contractual
support to other departments and section unit
* Ensure compliance on tendering and RFQ process, assist in
evaluation documents involved in award process and preparing final
subcontracts
* Verifying claims and payment invoices, validating contract
issues and matters
* Focal point to Singapore HQ on all cost control activities
* Prepares monthly PM reports for cost accounting purposes
* Prepares project cashflow projection reports
* Monitors cost aspects of vessels, equipment, including
downtime and backcharging
Requirement
* Degree in Construction Management and Economics and/or diploma
in Technology Quantity Surveying
* Relevant working experience in preparation bills of
quantities, progress claim, tendering process
* Hands on experience on Ms Office
* Handle multiple tasks
* A good team member
