Subcontract Engineer
Principal
accountabilities
Responsible to
provide
contractual advice and contractual support to other
departments and
section unitEnsure compliance on tendering and RFQ process,
assist in evaluation documents involved in award
process and preparing
final subcontractsVerifying claims and payment invoices, validating
contract issues and mattersFocal point to Singapore HQ on all cost control
activitiesPrepares monthly PM reports for cost accounting
purposesPrepares project cashflow projection
reportsMonitors cost aspects of vessels,
equipment,
including downtime and backcharging
Requirement
Degree in Construction Management and Economics
and/or diploma in Technology Quantity
SurveyingRelevant working experience in preparation
bills
of quantities, progress claim, tendering
processHands on experience on Ms
OfficeHandle multiple tasksA good team member
