clients are predominantly major operating companies and international
engineering or construction companies. We have a global network with local

Dam Construction Superintendent - Infrastructure Facilities



. Degree in Civil/Geological Engineering. 15 years of relevant
experience.

. Relevant working knowledge of soil investigation, laboratory and
field testing including soils material trial mixing and embankment test,
foundations on soft soil and supervision of similar work including
dam/embankment construction.

. Proper knowledge of soil and rock stability analysis (slope
stability, seepage, consolidation and settlement, etc)

. Familiar with geotechnical computer applications

. Well versed in safe work practices.

. Computer literate with experience in using MS Office suite for
preparing reports and maintaining data base

. Thorough understanding of applicable project specifications

. Trained to authorize work permits (e.g. hot work, confined space,
etc.)

. Good oral and written English language skills



Construction Completion Coordinator



. An engineering degree with 5 - 10 years direct "hands on"
experience in construction and / or systems completion in oil and gas
processing is required.

. Exposure to drilling and downhole operations would be beneficial.

. High safety awareness is mandatory. A good knowledge of
simultaneous operations (SIMOPS) is essential.

. WinPCS or similar Systems Completion electronic database
management system experience.

. Requires an outstanding ability to interact with customers with
diverse backgrounds. Must be an excellent facilitator and must exhibit
mature judgement in conjunction with sound and analytical reasoning.

. Requires ability to perform well during periods of adversity.

. Ehibit strong verbal and written communication skills. Requires
the ability to build consensus in areas of contention while enhancing
working relationships.

. Plant/system mechanical completion and commissioning experience is
mandatory.



HULL ENGINEER - STRUCTURAL (1)



. 5+- years of proven experience in the design and construction of
floating structures such as Semisubmersible, Tension leg platform, FSO/FPU,
FPSO, Oil Tanker , Bulk Carrier and Seagoing vessel in accordance to
Classification Society and International industrial standard

. Familiar with IACS rule and Classification Society requirement on
the floating structure global strength, fatigue and it's stability

. Experience in the Global Strength Analysis (such as 3 cargo hold
analysis, Dynamic Loading Approach analysis and Spectral Fatigue Analysis)

. Experience with structural analysis software and FEM analysis
software such as Nastran, Femap, ANSYS and Abacus



LQ PROJECT ENGINEER (1)



. Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Marine/Naval
Architect)

. Minimum 7 years of experience in oil & gas offshore projects.

. Extensive experience in the design and fabrication of
offshore/FPSO/ marine ship superstructure especially for accommodation
Living Quarters (LQ), technical/control and utility buildings including its
outfitting and fire protection insulations.

. Multidiscipline and interface understanding. Commissioning
experience will be an advantage.

. Familiar with relevant O&G standards and regulations including
CLASS rules.

. Good supervision, teamwork and communication skills.

. Willing to be overseas travel and positioned in the field within
fabrication and integration phases.

. Has prudent HES awareness particularly for Safety in Design and
Safety Plan/ Procedure.



COMMISSIONING TURNOVER COORDINATOR (1)



. Proven experience (15 - 20 years) in the planning and execution of
commissioning for large offshore

. facilities, and ability to seek out and leverage lessons learnt
from recent field start-ups to complement own experience.

. Ability to develop workplans in collaboration with several
functional groups to ensure that a fully integrated approach to
commissioning is adopted. Strong planning capability.

. Knowledge of subsea facilities and the commissioning interfaces
with topsides facilities

. As a minimum educational requirement, a Bachelors degree in
Engineering and Science



STRUCTURE ENGINEER (OFFSHORE) (1)



. Bachelor/Master Degree in Engineering (Marine/Naval Architect
Engineering or Structure Engineering)

. 6+ years of proven and specialist experience in Engineering as
Marine/Naval Architect Engineer or

. Structure Engineer in offshore design.

. Having experience for engineering of offshore (platform or
FPSO/FPU) project design, fabrication and installation.

. Familiar with industry and regulatory codes, standards and
recommended practices from ABS, DNV, HES standard (e.g. SID), BKI, etc.

. Good skill in using various engineering software packages such as
SACS, FEM, ANSYS, etc. Familiar with AQWA and Orcaflex or similar.

. Familiar with Global Performance Analysis, Stability Analysis,
Weight Control, Static and Dynamic Load Calculation, Global & Local
Structural Analysis.

. Having experience in supervising contractors, monitoring and
approving contractor's plans, procedures, and work output (e.g.
deliverables).

. Knowledgeable of production operations and installation interfaces
with Operations (Permit to Work, SIMOPs, Start-Up Procedures and Operations)
is an advantage.

. Works effectively with others and strives to reach agreement on key
interface issues. Has high ability to achieve goals using influence and
trust. Ability to work with Operations Field Personnel is important

. Willing to be travel and positioned in the field within
fabrication/ construction phases



MATERIALS MANAGEMENT ADVISOR (2)



. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Diploma/Certificate in Procurement/ Supply Chain Management would be an
advantage.

. Prefer minimum 15 years experience in Procurement and Supply Chain
function, particularly related to subsea equipment.

. Knowledgeable on ERP systems/tools such as SAP, Ariba and JDE would
be an advantage.

. Demonstrated excellent planning, analytical, people skills and
communication skills are essential to the job.

. Demonstrated proficiency of working and communicating with a
multi-functional asset team.

. Willing to travel to global manufacturing and fabrication
locations.

. Demonstrated safety leadership and disciplined application of
operational excellence management systems.



MASTER LIST SPECIALIST (2)



. More than 10 years experience in Oil and Gas' Material Management
(include warehousing, inventory, logistic)

. experience 5 years master list, work closely with SKK Migas & MIgas
, Custom

. Experience in handling write off process for unused material.



QA LEAD AUDITOR (1)



. Minimum Bachelor of Science, S1, degree in Engineering or
equivalent

. Familiar with regulations and requirements for inspection and
certification.

. Minimum 10-15 years experience in oil and gas industry with 5-10
years of auditing experience, directly relating to auditing activities in
the discipline the auditor in the Contract Scope of WORK (e.g.; oil and gas
projects).

. Shall qualified as stated in ISO 19011: Guidelines for quality
and/or environmental management systems auditing and shall be competent in
the discipline being audited, familiar with Quality System standards and be
able to exercise judgment against the criteria of the standards.

. Must be able to communicate clearly in writing and orally.

. Shall have satisfactorily completed a training course and passed
the course examination.

. Shall have participated in a minimum of five (5) audits for a total
of at least thirty (30) days including documentation review, actual audit
activities and audit reporting during the past three years.



TECHNICAL ASSISTANT (1)



. Minimum Bachelor of Science, S1, degree in Engineering or
equivalent

. Minimum 3-5 years experience in oil and gas projects.

. Familiar with regulations and requirements for QA/QC inspection and
certification.

RISK ENGINEER FPU (1)



. Bachelor degree in Engineering / Science (Chemical, Mechanical,

RISK INTERFACE ENGINEER (1)



. Bachelor degree in Engineering / Science (Chemical, Mechanical,
Industrial Engineering preferred).

. Minimum 9+ years relevant in area of projects management, interface
& risk management, project

. engineering; preferable in Upstream Oil & Gas business.

. Working experiences on previous Chevron project is not a mandatory
requirement but will be an advantage.



COST CONTROLLER (2)



. Having 7 to 15 years experience out of which 5-10 years in Cost
engineering/cost control/cost estimating of major capital projects (above
USD 1 billion) in the Oil & Gas Industry, preferably in offshore projects

. Understand project management process, cost engineering, activity
base costing, project CBS/WBS and project costing

. Working abroad with multinational/culture environment will be an
advantage

. Bachelor degree or its equivalent

. Having knowledge/background in one or more of the following areas:
economics, planning / budgeting, project cost control and/or finance /
accounting

. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or having proficient skill in
the application of computer software

. and systems: Excel, Word, Access, SAP/JDE, Cost Manager.

. Good teamwork and communication skills with high initiative

. Willing to stay outside big cities and/or any fabrication yard

IM ANALYST/ IM HANDOVER ANALYST (1)



. Minimum of 5 years experience in document control management and
using Document Management Systems, especially for Oil & Gas industry.

. S1 Degree in Library & Information Studies or minimum D3 degree in
Engineering (Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical)

. Good IM and IT skills including understanding of the Microsoft
office suite and Adobe Acrobat

. Proficient in data entry skills

. Strong understanding of Information management and document control
principles

. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Diploma/Certificate in Procurement/ Supply Chain Management would be an
advantage.

. Prefer minimum 15 years experience in Procurement and Supply Chain
function, particularly related to major EPC fabrication

. Knowledgeable on ERP systems/tools such as SAP, Ariba and JDE would
