we are an integrated logistics services provider focusing on energy
related industries, is looking for this positions :
Site Lifting Coordinator:
1. Bachelor degree with minimum of 8 years experience in lifting
operation
will be required although some candidates with more than 5 years
experience may considered for further technical evaluation.
2. Complete awareness of HSE rules
3.
Theoretical and practical knowledge of all different types of Crane and
Lifting operation, with an Internationally recognized Certificate of
Competence such as OPITO
Level 2 or equivalent.
4. Expertise in preparing (or checking) lifting plans and risk assessments.
5. Knowledge and proven experience of international standard
relating to lifting and rigging practices
6. Proficient in English.
7. Qualification to perform on the job coaching and mentoring the following :
a. Rigging and Lifting to the International standard
b. Banksman / slinger to international standard
c. onshore mobile and crawler crane operator to international standard
d. Offshore crane operator to international standard
e. Forklift truck operator to international standard
f. Working at Height awareness
g. Lifting Operations Planning and Task Risk Assessment
8.
Capable to supervise and / or
actually perform manual handling awareness, technical review of clients
and contractor operation and all categories of lifting operations.
9. Capable in implementation of certification systems
Create and maintain of lifting operations, documentation and personnel
competence.
HSE Coordinator:
1.
A Bachelors Degree in a relevant Industry discipline, i.e. Engineering,
Occupational Safety and Health or other related subject, ideally
complimented with a formal HSE qualification
2. In-depth knowledge
of
regulatory permitting and approval processes and reporting requirements
in Indonesia related to HSE activities/system is essential.
3.
Minimum of 8 years experience of the HSE issues found in Indonesia
within major in oil and gas industry organizations, with 3 years in a
supervisory position.
4. Proven experience and a good
understanding of HSE Risk Assessments, inc. HAZOP, HAZID, JSA, Modern
Safety Management, ISO 14001/EMS standards etc.
5. Understand HSE
management system in oil and gas operation and its implementation.
Demonstrable experience of safety inspections and auditing, CSMS and
dealing with operational/drilling HSE activities and challenges is a
must. Experience of OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 implementations and audit
would be of benefit.
6. Certificates of Sea Survival, HUET and medical fitness to work offshore.
7. Ability to
conduct HSE related inspections, training, meeting, briefing, drills
and exercises.
8.
Previous experience of working within a multinational environment,
Experience gained within a large onshore drilling and production
operation is advantageous.
9. Familiar with IMO regulation (ISM, Marpol SOLAS and ISPS Code)
is advantageous.
