Job Descriptions is;
TYPICAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Must have:
1. Degree in Engineering
2. 10 to 15 years or more Oil and Gas/ Refinery/Petrochemical
experience in loss prevention and process safety design/ Mechanical
Rotating
Nice to have:
1. Familiar with consequence modelling tools such as PHAST, FRED and
QRA methodology.
2. Fimiliar with Detailed Design, Front End Design, FEED
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Plan workload for engineers and drafters based on Master
Deliverables Register (MDR).
2. Overall responsible for all technical safety matters for that project
3. Review and check technical safety deliverables
4. Discipline Internal Check (DIC) on technical safety reports,
drawings and calculations and Inter Discipline Check (IDC) on other
discipline deliverables
5. Interact with other disciplines and with clients on technical
safety matters
6. Able to defend and answer comments on technical safety reports,
drawings and calculations generated by technical safety group
7. Participate and provide constructive inputs at meetings and design
review sessions
2. 2. Mechanical Rotating / Senior or Lead
Ø Perform Rotating EQPT. Engg. Design for onshore / offshore Project
and proposal and to support Engineering activities in the company.
Ø To Prepare/manage rotating equipment deliverables as per oil & gas
and ISO 9000 requirements within the specified project schedule and
budget
Ø At Least 15 years exp in oil& gas Epc Project and 8 years in
offshore Project.
Ø Prepared at least 1 turbo Compressor/ Generator Configuration
Selection Report in feed
Ø Lead Role for detailed engineering Phases for oil & Gas Cliets
Ø Process relevant qualification and knowledge, professional
experience, good professional Judgmend, responsive and pro active in
execution Project, and ability to handle different situations.
Ø Produce quality Engineer deliverables / Engineer service and
meeting clients Expectation
Ø Able to achieve project Milestone/ schedule and Business Goals
Ø Fulfill QA/HSE aspects,with acceptable team Works.
Ø Ability to lead / coach/ Guide young Engineers
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Able to facilitate HAZOP/HAZID and other safety reviews
