The Essential Qualifications:
- 15-25 years experience in operation and major project development of >US$ 300 million, preferably in the Middle East and Africa.
- Fluent in written and spoken English. Some knowledge of Arabic would be advantageous
- Strong interpersonal, business negotiation, and analytical skills
- Available for assignments in the Middle East, Africa or Asia, and travel throughout these regions
