1. Planning & Budget Control Department Head
a. Placement : Head Office (Berau-East Kalimantan)
b. Level : Manager
c. Job Description :
Responsible to manage budget preparation and control of expenditure requests as well as financial reporting & review.
d. Job Responsibilities :
• Ensuring good corporate budgeting short-term, medium, and long-term.
• Conduct a review of the allocation of capital funds for individual projects based on Business Strategic plan that has been approved.
• Ensure the implementation of withdrawal in accordance with the budget and procedures.
• Ensure internal communication Budget & Control Department and between departments In order to manage the budget so that it goes well.
e. Job Requirement :
Education : Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economy
Experience : Min 7 years in related/similar field
Skill and Ability :
• Have a good ability to create financial & budget models
• Have a good ability to audit finance
• Have a good ability of planning, organizing, and controlling
• Have a good ability of decision making and problem solving
• Have a good capability of communication skill
• Have a good capability of leadership skill

2. Management Reporting Department Head
a. Placement : Head Office (Berau-East Kalimantan)
b. Level : Manager
c. Job Description :
Responsible to evaluate the performance associated with the financial aspects of each department to look at the effectiveness of the use of budget and financial management of those departments.
d. Job Responsibilities :
• Managing Key Performance Indicator (KPI) related to financial aspects in every Department.
• Provide recommendations on the evaluation of the performance of each department Financial aspects related to increasing the effectiveness of the department.
e. Job Requirement
Education : Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economy
Experience : Min 7 years in related/similar field
Skill and Ability :
• Have a good ability to audit finance.
• Have a good ability of planning, organizing, and controlling.

3. Systems Accountant
a. Placement : Head Office (Berau-East Kalimantan)
b. Level : Superintendent
c. Job Description
Responsible to provide system in publishing management reporting and financial reporting in accordance with applicable accounting rules
d. Job Responsibilities :
• Reviewing the SAP information system with the needs of management reporting and financial reporting department.
• Assist department head in operational management reporting
• Proposes the annual budget
• Proposes Innovation and development are required to work program
e. Job Requirement
Education : Bachelor degree in accounting or system information
Experience : Min 5 years in related/similar field
Skill and Ability :
• Have a good knowledge of financial statement
• Have a good ability in information Systems (SAP), System Control
• Have a food ability of financial reporting
• Have a good communication skills
• Have a good ability to work under pressure

4. Internal Audit Officer
a. Placement : Head Office (Berau-East Kalimantan)
b. Level : Supervisor/ Officer
c. Job Description :
Responsible to supervise the implementing operational audits, financial audits and audit investigations, the observance of the rules and regulations of the Company.
d. Job Responsibilities :
• Conduct audits in accordance with the audit plan.
• Ensure the validity of the evidence found.
• Communicate audit findings to the audit manager.
• Ensure compliance and implementation procedures in the overall audit process.
e. Job Requirement
Education : Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Economy, Civil Engineering, IT-SAP
Experience : Min 5 years in related/similar field
Skill and Ability :
• Have a certificate of CIA would be advantage.
• Have a good experience in auditing.
• Have a good knowledge of coal mining industries.
• Have a good analytical and enquiry skill.
• Have a good ability to analyze problems.

5. Geology Evaluator
a. Placement : Head Office (Berau-East Kalimantan)
b. Level : Supervisor/ Officer
c. Job Description :
Responsible to implement geological modeling process and computation resources based on geological data and the progress of mining, control and monitoring of the geological model in opening pits.
d. Job Responsibilities :
• Make a general correlation for the initial exploration plan.
• To evaluate and make a plan exploration in the area responsibility.
• Processing geological modeling after gets data validation results from Geology Analyzer.
• Construct geological models and quality models.
e. Job Requirement
Education : Bachelor Degree in Geology.
Experience : Min 3 years in related/similar field
Skill and Ability :
• Have a good knowledge of the companys program that is used for geological modeling (mindscapes) along with other supporting software.
• Have a good knowledge of technology in general support activities such as Geophysical, Exploration, geo chemistry, Land sat images
• Have experience as a team leader exploration.

6. Infrastructure & Operation Tender Officer
a. Placement : Head Office (Berau-East Kalimantan)
b. Level : Supervisor/ Officer
c. Job Description
Responsible for bidding process to provide material support for company operations.
d. Job Responsibilities :
• Invite prospective contractor to participate in the tender.
• Provide Documents Legality / administrative aspects Bidders to Tender Superintendent.
• Negotiations with prospective contractors / Bidders.
e. Job Requirement
Education : Bachelor Degree in industrial engineering, management
Experience : Min 3 years in related/similar field
Skill and Ability :
• Have a good communication skill.
• Have a good understanding the legal aspects related to procurement
• Have a good knowledge of coal mining operation.
• Have a good structured analysis and problem solving
• Have a good negotiation skill.

7. Recruitment Sub Section
a. Placement : Head Office (Berau-East Kalimantan)
b. Level : Supervisor/ Officer
c. Job Description
Responsible to supervise the man power fulfillment activity, Recruitment and selection activity based on competency.
d. Job Responsibilities :
• Giving suggestions to Department Head in designing needs of man power plan.
• Implementing all of the recruitment & selection process
• Ensuring that new employees have received appropriate induction standards/ on boarding programs
• Implementing monitoring employee performance
e. Job Requirement
Education : Bachelor degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management
Experience : Min 2 years in related/similar field
Skill Ability :
• Have a good ability to work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced, self-motivated working environment
• Have a good ability of interview based on competency (BEI) & competency assessment
• Have a good ability of presentation skill
• Have a good knowledge of compensation management
• Familiar with recruitment tools.

8. Graduate & Apprentice Development Coordinator
a. Placement : Head Office (Berau-East Kalimantan)
b. Level : Supervisor/ Officer
c. Job Description
Responsible to supervise Graduate Internship Program (fresh graduate), Dual Education System for students, and Practical Final Test for university. Responsible to facilitate students, college students, and fresh graduates in developing programme
d. Job Responsibilities :
Preparing concept, coordinate and evaluate the implementation of the Graduate Internship program. Creating a syllabus and prepare a development program required for employees GIP evaluation process of syllabus achievement and facilitate periodic GIP employees with the Necessary support when there is activity that has not been achieved Monitor the course of the program period and renewal process if needed
e. Job Requirement
Education : Bachelor degree in psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering
Experience : Min 2 years in related/similar field

• Have a good ability of facilitating Skills
• Have a good ability in preparing syllabus programme

9. Geotechnic Sub Section
a. Placement : Head Office (Berau-East Kalimantan)

c. Job Description
Responsible to supervise the implementation of all activities geotechnical in order to realize the rules of "good mining practice" in the areas of responsibility
d. Job Responsibilities :
• Provide periodic progress reports (weekly & monthly report).
• Conduct geotechnical studies, prepare and provide geotechnical recommendations
• Implement monitoring and supervision of operational activities related to the geotechnical Aspects
e. Job Requirement
Education : Bachelor degree in mining engineering/ geotechnical engineering/ Civil engineering
Experience : Min 3 years in related/similar field
Skill and Ability :
• Have a good knowledge of “Geotechnical management system”
• Have a good knowledge of geotechnical principles (rock mechanic)
• Have a good managerial capabilities in field
• Have a good understanding of good mining practice

10. Account Payable Control – Jakarta Sub Section
a. Placement : Head Office (Berau-East Kalimantan)
b. Level : Supervisor/ Officer
c. Job Description
Responsible to supervise the system for recording and reporting of the Payables
d. Job Responsibilities :
• Ensure every transaction payable has been recorded in accordance with company policy
• Ensure every transaction payable has been recorded in accordance with PSAK
• Ensure key financial controls have been implemented to transaction Payable
• Make monthly reports
e. Job Requirement
Education : Bachelor degree in economic/ accountancy
Experience : Min 3 years in related/similar field
Skill and Ability :
• Have a good knowledge the process of recording and reporting Payables
• Have a good communication skill
• Have a good ability to work under pressure
