KSO Pertamina EP seeking a qualified candidate to fill the job vacancy as:
OPERATION MANAGER
KEY ACCOUNTABILITY:
1. Report to General Manager
2. Monetize natural gas reserves from Jatinegara fields
3. Maintain natural gas production of 5 – 10 mmscfd in average
4. Manage Production Operations in a safe and effective manner
5. Manage Safety Health & Environment Programs. Maintain zero LTI, zero fatality and zero spill
6. Implement Predictive maintenance System for production equipment
7. Responsible for Geological & Geophysical Studies
8. Responsible for Reservoir Engineering and Production Engineering
9. Responsible for Surface Facilities Engineering
10. Manage Drilling program
11. Manage Work over program
12. Effort to develop and produce 5 MMBO oil reserve in very populated surface area.
13. Control US$ 3 million of Annual Opex and US$ 5 million of Capex
14. Manage relationship with oil & gas authority, partners and vendors
15. Manage community development program
Requirements:
1. Indonesian Citizen
2. S1 Degree from Petroleum Engineering or Geoscience
3. 10 years Oil & Gas industry and management experience - ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.
4. In-depth knowledge of the various oil and gas field procedures and practices.
5. Knowledge on production, facilities, completion, and drilling engineering.
6. Well-developed technical understanding of all phases of a gas producing asset from subsurface to pipelines to processing.
7. Knowledge of Reservoir, Drilling, Operations and Geology for effective interaction and support of current operations.
8. Commercial experience dealing with domestic gas supply contracts.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; adept at interaction with variety of contacts, including peers within a multi-disciplinary team, management, vendors and industry partners
10. Influential and leadership skills; driving continual improvements and engaging with another division within the company.
