Contract Administrator, Document Controller, Planner/Scheduller, Cost Controllers and Manpower coordinator

Currently we are looking for motivated person and target progress oriented to join and fill the positions as follows:

Contract Administrator :
1. Degree, preferably Engineering
2. Contract administration of oil and gas projects.
3. Min. Experience 6 Years, Min Experience in Position 3 Years.
4. Familiar with contract administration of oil and gas projects.
5. Focal point for contracted administration and to resolve contractual issues.
6. Steward compliance to terms and conditions of contract.
7. Prepare and update the AFS Logs, Change Management Logs.
8. Steward AFS Completion and Acceptance, Final invoicing, Project Closeout Reports and Final Project Documents.

Document Controller:
1. SLTA, kejuruan or equivalent
2. General industry.
3. Min. Experience 3 Years, Min Experience in Position 3 Years.
4. Computer literate.
5. Familiar with document control on engineering and construction projects.
6. Develop and implement Document Management System.
7. Control flow of documentation, transmittals, letters, forms and drawings
8. Maintain Master List of all Documentation, transmittals, letters, forms and drawings for easy and fast retrieval.

Planner/Scheduller:
1. Degree, preferably Engineering
2. Planning, scheduling and reporting of oil and gas projects.
3. Min. Experience 6 Years, Min Experience in Position 3 Years.
4. Familiar with Standard software program, CPM, network, developing S-Cure Schedule, bar chart and manpower histogram.
5. Prepare job packages and project schedules.
6. Update, monitor and report project progress based on actual versus planned.
7. Analyze productivity.

Cost Controllers:
1. Degree in engineering or Accounting or Quantity Surveying.
2. Cost estimating, cost control and reporting of oil and gas projects.
3. Min. Experience 6 Years, Min Experience in Position 3 Years.
4. Familiar with project cost management control,  change estimating, cost data management, project cost accrual reporting, invoicing and payment.
5. Monitor and control cost to ensure completion of project within budgets.
6. Prepare cost reports.
7. Prepare and update project cost estimate, accruals and actual expended cost.

Manpower coordinator:
1. SLTA, kejuruan or equivalent
2. Hands on knowledge in mobilization of personnel and crew change.
3. Min. Experience 3 Years, Min Experience in Position 3 Years.
4. Familiar with oil and gas industry personnel safety practices and crew change activities.
5. Computer literate.
6. Plan and coordinate mobilizayion of all onshore and offshore personnel.
7. Responsible for crew pre-mob checklist.
8. Responsible for chopper booking and crew change activity.
9. Liaise with 3rd party and subcontractor on their workers mibilization.
