following vacant positions :
A. Key Account Manager (KAM) :
B. Jr Key Account Officer -West Java (Jr KAO W)
C. Jr Key Account Officer - East Java (Jr KAO E)
General Competencies that Key Account Personnel need :
1. Forecasting Accuracy
2. Creative Business Development
3. Thorough Cement Business Planning
4. Strong Customer Relationships, including after sales handling
5. In Depth Cement Product/Knowledge
Qualifications:
A. Key Account Manager
1. Minimum 8 years experience in Key Account/ Technical Sales with
minimum 5 years experience in managerial level
2. Having depth knowledge about cement business process as well as
cement application.
3. Having experience in technical sales or transformational sales
before, and be to be business.
4. Familiar with Bulk Cement and can handling after sales service
5. National Distribution area of coverage
B. Jr KAO W
1. Minimum 3 years experience in Key Account /Technical Sales
2. Having depth knowledge about cement business process as well as
cement application.
3. Having experience in technical sales or transformational sales
before, and be to be business.
4. Familiar with Bulk Cement and can handling after sales service
5. West Java Distribution area of coverage
C. Jr KAO E
1. Minimum 3 years experience in Key Account /Technical Sales
2. Having depth knowledge about cement business process as well as
cement application.
3. Having experience in technical sales or transformational sales
before, and be to be business.
4. Familiar with Bulk Cement and can handling after sales service
5. East Java Distribution area of coverage
