> Responsibilities :
>
> Responsible for ensuring that the project is administered and executed to the satisfaction of the Client in accordance to the Company's standards and compliancewith company policies and procedures within budget and timeframe set.
> Plan, direct and lead the engineering, procurement and construction efforts and formulate the most cost-effective plan to timely completion within budget and to manage the execution of that plan in accordance with Company / Area guidelines, Project Management procedures.
> Responsible for the financial, technical success and the management of all dedicated projects. This includes planning and executing a Profit Improvement Plan (PIP) while upholding company's safety standards and ethical values.
> Responsible for the development, approval and implementation of Project Execution Plan [PEP] , Project Set-Up and Project Close-out
> Responsible for management of Bid Proposals in conjunction with Company Proposals group, Estimating, Legal and Business Development depts.
> Manages relationships with internal external customers. Acts as focal point with Client
> Negotiates with internal and external customer to achieve project goals especially changes to project work scope, contract price and schedule.
> Ensures that lessons learned are implemented and documented by the Project Management Team.

> Requirements :
>
> Minimum Bachelor Degree in Sciences (Engineering related)
> Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role with prior experience in Subsea / Marine industry / Offshore Construction industry advantageous.
> Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar projects, specifically in Subsea / Offshore Construction of flexible and umbilical lay.
> Strong technical knowledge of engineering, construction and project management.
> Strong business acumen and negotiation ability.
> Strong leadership ability and motivate the team.
> Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
> Highly versatile with strong change management and problem solving skills.
