Western singer, Kenny Rogers, and former Governor of the state of
Kentucky, John Y Brown Jr., in 1991. Internationally, Kenny Rogers
ROASTERS has expanded to various countries around the world and has
restaurants in Malaysia, Singapore, China, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Brunei
and the Philippines and very soon in Qatar.

1. Marketing Communication
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree,
Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
· Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
· At least 1 year of working experience in a
leisure/hospitality/ F&B field
· Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills and
analytical ability
· Hands on person, able to work under pressure and long hours
as and when required
· Good presentation skills and reporting in Bahasa English
· Experience in managing a brand and identity on social media
2. Project Development Officer
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree,
Architecture, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
· At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
is required for this position.
· Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to

· Experience in handling project, Vendors and supervise
restaurants development
3. Supply Chain Officer
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in
Supply Chain or equivalent
· At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
is required for this position.

4. Finance Officer
Requirements:
· Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with Min. GPA
3.00
· Min. 1 year experience in Accounting, Fresh Graduates are

· Able to make financial report
· Have knowledge in Taxation
· Master Accounting Software & MS Office
5. Training Officer
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in
Psychology, Human Resources Management or equivalent.
· Min 1-2 years as Trainer in Hospitality Industry will be
advantage.
· Excellent command of English and computer skills is a must
6. Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager
Requirements:
· Male/Female, Maximum 35 years old
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's
Degree in Food Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel
Management or equivalent.
· At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related
field is required for this position.
· Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in
Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
· Job role in Management or Supervisor/Team Lead. Good
interpersonal and leadership skill Fluent in English, both written and
oral
· Have a deep knowledge about Restaurant operations System
Sales
· Willing to be located in Medan / Bekasi
7. Food Beverage Assistant
Requirements:
· Pria / Wanita, 19 – 28 tahun
· Lulusan SMU / SMK dari jurusan Perhotelan / Pariwisata
· Fasih dalam berbahasa Inggris lebih disukai
· Pengalaman di posisi yang sama minimum 1 (satu) tahun
· Memiliki pengetahuan yang baik pada cara pelayanan
· Berpenampilan menarik dengan berat badan tinggi yang
proporsional
· Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun didalam tim
· Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift
