HR Coordinator
Qualification and responsibilities:
* Male, Maximal : 35 Years
* Candidates with minimum 3 years experiences as HRD or Recruitment.
* With knowledge in HR Strategic & Planning, Selection & Recruitment,
Training & Development, Performance Management, Personnel & Employee
Relation, Indonesian Labor Laws & Regulation, Relationship with Local
Government, refereeing disputes, and administering disciplinary
procedures
* Able to provide current and prospective employees with information
about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages and
opportunities for promotion and employee benefits
* Coordinate and control the implementation of recruitment and
selection process to ensure available human resource in timely manner
and meet the required qualifications
* To prepare and to manage employees documentation
* Willing to be placed in Jakarta ( Head Office )
