General Duties:
· Responsibilities
recruit for all position in sector mining, infrastructure and energy.
Qualificationand
responsibilities:
· Male
/ Female, Maximal: 35 Years
· Candidates
with minimum 1 years experiences as HRD or Recruitment.
· With
knowledge in HR Strategic & Planning, Selection & Recruitment.
· Able
to provide current and prospective employees with information about policies,
job duties, working conditions, wages and opportunities for promotion and
employee benefits
· Familiar
with implementation of recruitment and selection process to ensure available
human resource in timely manner and meet the required qualifications
· Maintains
human resources staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting.
· Able
to prepare and to manage employees or Applicant documentation
· Contributes
to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
· To be placed in Jakarta ( Head Office )
