following positions:
ENGINEERING MANAGER
1. Male (age 30 - 40 years old)
2. Min. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputable
university
3. Experiences in Fire Protection Business or M&E contractor
4. Having knowledge and experience in making design, proposal, and good
in presentation
5. PC Literate with Microsoft Office and other computer programs
6. Highly trustworthy, ethical and discreet, driven by challenges and
pleasant personality
7. Understand mechanical and electrical piping design and system
8. Able to lead and work as a team
PROJECT-SITE MANAGER
1. Male or female (max. 45 years old)
2. Min. Diploma III in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (more
preferable Bachelor degree for the same major)
3. Familiar with Fire Protection System
4. Having min. 3 (three) years experience in handling Fire Protection
System Project
5. Highly trustworthy, ethical and discreet, driven by challenges and
pleasant personality
6. Able to work under pressure
7. Willing to be placed at the site (out of the city/out of Java
island)
FIRE ENGINEERING/ESTIMATOR
1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from reputable
university
2. Having min 5 (five) years experience in designing fire system e.g :
hydrant system, sprinkler system, foam system, and water spray system
3. PC literate with Microsoft Office and Autocad 2D/3D
4. Min. passive English literate
5. Able to make BQ
6. Having good ability for presentation and negotiation
7. Able to work under pressure
DRAFTER
1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from reputable
university
2. Having min 5 (five) years experience in designing fire system e.g :
hydrant system, sprinkler system, foam system, and water spray system
3. PC literate with Microsoft Office and Autocad 2D/3D
4. Min. passive English literate
5. Able to work under pressure
SALES EXECUTIVE
1. Male or female (max. 35 years old)
2. Education min. Diploma III
3. Having min. 3 (three) years experience in retail and direct selling
4. Must possessed own vehicle
5. Broad networking
6. Good communication skills
7. PC literate with Microsoft Office
8. Good at making proposal and presentation
PURCHASING STAFF
1. Female (max. 35 years old)
2. Education min. Diploma III
3. Having min. 3 (three) years experience in handling purchasing
activities (e.g.: making basic item code, purchasing requisition,
shipping instruction, purchasing document control)
4. Good initiative, fast learner, honest
5. Have a good communication and negotiation skill
6. PC literate with Microsoft Office
7. Good command in English (oral and written)
HRD MANAGER
1. Male or female (max. 40 years old)
2. Bachelor Degree in Psychology / Law from reputable university
3. Having min. 5 years experience in HR Division
4. Providing admin support for HR activities ( e.g. recruitment,
performance appraisal, promotions, and training )
5. Maintaining employee data through internal system
6. Managing headcount activities
7. Developing and controlling company's procedures policies using
efficient and with cost measures
8. Developing position job desk for each position and career advancement
9. Managing and monitoring travel booking, pricing, and budgeting and
alliance with travel agent / airlines
10. Dealing with insurance and compare best benefits to the employee
