DRILLING& WORKOVERENGINEER(JAKARTA & PRABUMULIH)
Summary of position & responsibilities:
1. Preparing
well data sheets prior to create well design for drilling & workover.
2. Responsible
for directing and coordinating day-to-day drilling activities.
3. AFE
preparation & approval.
4. Drawing up
drilling & workover program.
5. Obtaining
relevant data, carrying out analysis on site and recommending immediate actions.
6. Carrying out
full engineering analyses of rig site data and preparing regular well reports.
7. Monitoring
the daily progress of well operations and current daily costs, comparing actual
costs with cost expenditure proposals and recommending changes or improvements
to rig work techniques, which could lead to optimization of expenditure.
8. Liaising
with specialist contractors and suppliers, such as cement companies or
suppliers of drilling fluids.
9. Monitoring
HSE aspects and ensuring the good maintenance of the well.
10. Adhering to
environmental protection standards, in some cases through direct discussion
with local governments to ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
11. Establishing and administering drilling and service
contracts.
12. Contributing
to conceptual field development design.
Qualifications:
ü Min. Bachelor s Degree in Petroleum Engineering
or related disciplin.
ü Having minimum 5years experiences in Drilling
Engineering and Operations Planning and Execution
ü Proven ability to work with other key
subsurface disciplines such as reservoir engineering, geology, geophysics, plus
related departments such as Supply Chain Management, Projects, Operations and
Production.
ü Fluent in English; both speaking &
written.
ü Computer literacy.
