Tender Administrator
Main responsibilities:
* Support in the preparation of tender, including pre and post project tender
* Analyze and understand the tender document requirements and
subsequently preparing and/or collecting all the administration,
technical and commercial documents and other supporting documents to
ensure the completeness of tender submission.
* Maintain daily tender announcements and follow up with related
departments for tender registration.
* Manage administrative documents within the project/tender
department (delivery slip, letter in, letter out, copy of contracts
and submitted tender documents).
Qualifications:
* Male/Female
* Minimum D3
* Havingminimum 1year experience in same fields is an advantages
* A good team player
* Fluent in English
* Fresh Graduate are welcome
