We are PT. EJJV Engineering Indonesia, is a consultant and contractor
oil and gas company is immediately seeking highly motivated and
experience professional to fill position:
IT Staff
* Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves Level One problems for users of
the mainframe, personal computer software and hardware, District
network, the Internet and new computer technology in a call centre
environment; communicates solutions to end-users.
* Provides one-on-one end-user problem resolution over the phone for
District approved Personal Computer (PC) software.
* Delivers, tags, sets up, and assists in the configuration of
end-user PC desktop hardware, software and peripherals.
* Diagnoses and resolves end-user network or local printer problems,
PC hardware problems and mainframe, e-mail, Internet, dial-in and
local-area network access problems.
* Coordinates timely repair of PC computer equipment covered by
third-party vendor maintenance agreements.
* Performs minor desktop hardware repair for PC computer equipment
and peripherals that are not covered by third-party vendor maintenance
agreements.
* Helps install local area network cabling systems and equipment such
as network interface cards, hubs and switches.
* Assists Network Technicians in creating materials for end-user
frequently asked questions (FAQs).
Requirements:
* Male / Female, max age 30 years old.
* Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in any discipline(s)
* Excellent analytical skill and innovative problem solving
* Proactive, hardworking, discipline, result oriented
* Knowledge about desktop, networking and hardware
* Communicative and able to work as a team
* Fluent in English is a must
* Reliable and initiative with good planning and self-management.
* Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task.
* Able to work under pressure, deadlines and over long hours
* independently with minimum supervision
* Possessing a very good communication skills is a must
* A solid team work ethics
* Positive attitude for learning new skills and technologies quickly
* Available anytime is desirable
