international organisation. One of the Group's core businesses is
recruitment, where the business priority focuses on providing
excellent customer service within a borderless environment. The
Group's Indonesian coverage commenced with the incorporation of PT JAC
Recruitment Indonesia in 2002, since which time this affiliate has
grown significantly. Preparing for the next stage of expansion the
Company is establishing a dedicated ENERGY division and is now looking
for key Consultants who have the drive to make this one of the premier
ENERGY in the country.
Sr Recruitment Consultant – Energy Division
Responsibilities:
• Develop solutions for talent requirements in customer portfolio
• Develop and maintain market sector knowledge information database
• Identify and track the best talent for Energy Jobs; national
and expatriate candidates
• Liaise with other Group companies
• Develop relations with Government entities in market sector
• Ensure Energy sector and Talent data is maintained on current basis
• Regular communication with clients, candidates and other related parties
• Actively participate in Energy related forums
• Manage job offer process
Requirements:
• Extensive knowledge of the Energy sector, either from holding
management positions in related field or at least 8 years of
recruiting experience in the sector (oil&gas, power, green energy,
EPCI, fabricator, etc)
• Ability to develop and provide 'value for money' solutions
delivery to clients, combining technology and innovation
• Skill to identify and promote talent
• Be self driven and able to work in teams or individually
• Willing to demonstrate excellence in achieving targets and deadlines
• Strong personality, good presentation and communication skills.
• Good English communication skill (oral & written)
• Bachelor Degree in related field
