• Minimum 12 years experience involving in FEED/Conceptual or detail design works in the oil & gas, Petrochemical or related industries with at least 5 years as Senior or Lead Design Engineer position.

b) MECHANICAL & PIPING – Well versed in PDMS, SP3D, CEASAR II & AutoCAD software.

• Responsible in the preparation and issuance of drawings, preparation of material take-offs and vendor drawing review interface with other Engineering disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years experience involving in FEED/Conceptual or detail design works in the oil & gas, Petrochemical or related industries.
a) STRUCTURAL – Good knowledge in AutoCAD, SP3D, SACS, STAAD PRO or others.
b) MECHANICAL & PIPING – Good knowledge in PDMS, SP3D, CEASAR II & AutoCAD software.
c) ELECT. & INSTR. – Good knowledge in PDS/PDMS, AutoCAD and familiar with Elect.Int. Standards, especially IEC, BS, NEC.
4) PROCUREMENT ENGINEERS/SPECIALISTS
• Degree in any Engineering disciplines or Business Administration or Economics
• Responsible for the purchase and delivery of all project related items in a timely, cost-effective manner that meets the contractual requirements in terms of cost and quality.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the purchasing of project materials for the oil & gas or petrochemical construction.
5) MATERIAL EXPEDITORS
• Degree in any Engineering disciplines or equivalent.
• Responsible to the overall management and control project materials to support field operations.
• Minimum 7 years experience in Material Planning and control for construction site works for Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.
6) MATERIAL COORDINATORS/INSPECTORS
• Diploma in any Engineering disciplines or equivalent.
• Responsible for the overall management and control of project materials to support operations team at the construction sites.
• Minimum 5 years experience in material planning and control for construction site works in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.
7) PROJECT MANAGER
• Degree in any Engineering disciplines.
• Responsible for developing project executions plans and leading project execution through effective resources management as well as control and coordinate with other supporting units to ensure timely, quality and safe completion of project in accordance with specifications within in financial considerations.
• Minimum 15 years experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry with at least 9 years experience as Project Manager.
8) CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENTS
• Degree in any Engineering disciplines.
• Responsible for managing, supervising and executing construction works, which include site planning preparation and resolving related issues.
• Minimum 10 years experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry with at least 5 years experience as Construction Superintendent.
9) PMT-SENIOR FIELD ENGINEERS
PMT- FIELD ENGINEERS
(STRUCTURE /MECHANICAL & PIPING /ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTION)
• Degree in any disciplines or equivalent.
• Responsible for planning, execution and monitoring work progress. Liaise with client representatives and design team on changes and revisions to drawing and project execution sequences.
• Minimum 10 years experiences in the Oil and Gas or Petrochemical industry with at least 5 years experiences as Senior Engineer (PMT) position.
• Minimum 7 years experiences for Engineer (PMT) position.
• Possess the drive and determination to successfully complete assigned tasks and able to work with teams.
10) CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR/COST CONTROL ENGINEER
• Degree in any engineering disciplines.
• Responsible for monitoring project contractual obligations and cost, raise and justify change order to additional works completed.
• Minimum 6 years related experiences in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Industry
11) PROJECT ENGINEER
• Degree in any Engineering disciplines.
• Responsible for coordination and implementation the assigned project & provide technical support for field engineering works.
• Minimum 7 years experience as Project Engineer in the oil & gas, Petrochemical or related industry.
12) LEAD PLANNER/ PLANNER
• Degree in any Engineering disciplines.
• Excellent knowledge in Primavera Project Management 3.1 or 6.0.
• Responsible for Project Planning and control through the production of appropriate project schedule, progress reports and variances analysis in a time manner.
• Minimum 10 years experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry with at least 7 years experience as Lead Planner.
• Minimum 5 years experience for Planner position in a similar capacity.
13) WELDING ENGINEERS
• Degree in Metallurgy or Mechanical.
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in Oil & Gas facilities project of QA/QC functions in construction / hook-up and commissioning projects.
• Hands-on knowledge in NDT result interpretation, welding processes WPS / PQR / WQT.
• Familiar with ASME / ANSI Codes and other industry codes and standards applicable.
• Preferably well versed in oil companies engineering specifications and basic practices.
• Experience with Duplex Stainless Steel welding procedures.
14) QA/QC ENGINEERS
• Degree in any Engineering Discipline. Qualified QMS Auditor is an advantage.
• Responsible for preparing Quality Plan that supports the project and client requirements on quality assurance and quality control. Ensure that non-confirming project activities including potential non-conformances are identified and resolved through approved quality procedures.
• Minimum 7 years relevant experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry with similar QA/QC job functions in construction.
15) NDT COORDINATORS
• Diploma or Trade Certificate and CSWIP 3.4 (UT,RT,MT,RI) or ASNT Level II.
• Minimum 5 years experience as NDT Coordinator in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
• Responsible for supervising and coordinating all NDT activities.
16) QC INSPECTORS ( CIVIL/STRUCTURAL/PIPING)
• Trade Certificate or its equivalent and CSWIP 3.1 or 3.2 or CWI/PCN or Its equivalent.
• Responsible to organize, implement, conduct, and manage QA/QC programs as per company Quality Policy, coordinates the document controls of technical submittals, drawings etc with the project teams.
• Minimum 5 years working experience as QC Inspector in a similar capacity in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
17) QC INSPECTORS (MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL/INSTRUMENTATION/PAINTING)
• Trade Certificate or its equivalent and CSWIP 3.1 or 3.2 or CWI/PCN or Its equivalent.
• Responsible to organize, implement, conduct, and manage QA/QC programs as per company Quality Policy, coordinates the document controls of technical submittals, drawings etc with the project teams.
• Minimum 5 years working experience as QC Inspector in a similar capacity in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
18) SENIOR HUC & COMMISSIONING ENGINEERS
HUC & COMMISSIONING ENGINEERS
(MECHANICAL & PIPING /ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTION)
• Degree in any Engineering disciplines.
• Responsible for planning the pre-commissioning, hook-up commissioning activities that comply with the approved plans, procedures, standards, and regulatory authorities.
• Minimum 10 years experiences in the Oil and Gas or Petrochemical industry with at least 5 years experiences as Senior Commissioning Engineer position.
• Minimum 7 years experiences for Commissioning Engineer position in Commissioning activities.
• Possess the drive and determination to successfully complete assigned tasks and able to work with teams.
